This is an important season for both of these teams. After a disappointing campaign in 2018-19, especially for Real, they have set the bars high with some audacious signings. And so have their local rivals too. In fact, for passionate fans, it would take some time to get used to this new-look Atleti, after their core has been changed with several ones leaving, and many others arriving.

This being a pre-season tournament, the utmost priority would be to integrate the new lads into the mix. We’ll be witnessing the likes of Eden Hazard, Joao Felix, Luka Jovic, etc donning new colors on their backs.

Real has started their new run with a loss after Bayern dispatched them with a 3-1 scoreline. Taking into account that defeat, one more against arch-rivals Colchenoros will be nothing but hell, be it friendly or not.

As such, the fixture should get interesting once the spirit of competitiveness and rivalry seeps into the players.

Might be hard to believe, but Real Madrid was winless in seven of their last ten games and lost four of their last five fixtures as well. They have also conceded two or more goals in their last four match-ups.

Going on, the squad is not set yet, with the manager practically on a new sting, though for the second time, along with several new players. They are yet to get used to playing along with each other, and it will take some time before they get to full swing.

Moreover, some of their weaknesses were on full display against Bayern, which Diego Simeone will be eager to take advantage of.

As things stand, expect Real to have a tough outing. But do not think of these performances as benchmarks for the rest of the season. Once they get on track, we’ll be witnessing a great European squad.

Moving on, Atleti has some of the same problems as Real, that they are yet to gel with each other. Though their manager has been the same for the last several years, which is a definite plus in this tie, they have lost services of one of the best center-backs in the world, Diego Godin.

Coupling these along with this being friendly, we should see goals at either end of the pitch.

What Are Hemorrhoids?

What Causes Them?

Some people may be more likely to get hemorrhoids if other family members, like their parents, had them.

How to Prevent Them

Eat fiber. A good way to get it is from plant foods -- vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes.

Drink water. It will help you avoid hard stools and constipation, so you strain less during bowel movements. Fruits and vegetables, which have fiber, also have water in them.

Exercise. Physical activity, like walking a half-hour every day, is another way to keep your blood and your bowels moving.

Don't wait to go. Use the toilet as soon as you feel the urge.

Liberec surprised a bit in the first 1. Liga round when the side took all three points away to Ostrava in a 1:2 victory last weekend.

They actually conceded first, in the ninth minute already, however, the team reacted really fine in the second halftime being very concrete with the ball to their feet. They had a lot of luck as well, since the team got the winning goal in the fourth minute of added time, while the players of Ostrava have missed the penalty kick towards the end.

The home side won't be counting at defender Fukala, while midfielder Malinsky remains doubtful for now.
Plzen looked pretty strong in the first round already, as the side won over Sigma Olomouc with a 3:1 result at home.

They were also back in the scoreline at first from a penalty kick but didn't need much in order to level up the result in the 40th minute via Kayamaba.

They were far more superior in the second halftime and it was easier for them since the guests stood playing with a man less deservedly in the 70th minute. Kopic and Kovarik sealed the victory for them in very-deserved style.

Plzen won't be counting at midfielder Ekapai, plus defender Hejda. Doubtful is midfielder Kalvach (1/0).
There's some class individual difference between these two teams that can't be neglected. Plzen is doing much better in the recent years, uncomparable, while their h2h stats also speak in favor of the visiting team here. One way or another, the guests should come up more satisfied out of this one.

FC Saburtalo Tbilisi vs Sheriff Tiraspol

Saburtalo didn't dominate the game much in the first leg, but walked away with a great 3:0 victory and now has a great chance to progress further.

Their opponents were actually better and more concrete in the first halftime, however once the guests took the lead in the 30th minute it was way easier for the Georgians to play.

Saburtalo is currently at the second position at the table in the domestic league with just a point less than first placed Dinamo Tbilisi. The team was changed quite a lot in recent window markets, trying to bring more of foreign players.

Sheriff couldn't have suffered worse catastrophe in the first leg, as the team firstly looked more concrete in attack, but once they stood behind in the scoreline they proved out to be very vulnerable at the back.

As for the domestic league, the team is doing really well in the Divizia Nationala leading the table with eleven points more than second placed Sfintul.

Saburtalo really had great performance against Sheriff a week ago, but I highly doubt that they can actually repeat more of the same now that they even don't need to do it.

They still remain favorites to progress, but now with the Moldovans learning their lesson the hard way, they should be able to respond here and make the clash this time as interesting as possible.

Banants Yerevan vs FK Cukaricki

Cukaricki completely overrun the opponent in the first leg and the final result could have been even bigger margin victory for them than a 3:0 result.

That especially goes for the first halftime when the Serbian side missed plenty of chances before breaking the opponent.

The pre-season matches went fine for them and there's overall very satisfying opinion regarding the outcome of the new season within their club's management.

They have sold one of the best players striker Mudrinski to Jagiellonia but reinforced the team once again with young players with the same goals for this season too - fighting for the European exit and promoting young players. Midfielder Birmancevic is doubtful for the guests.

There's very little realistic chance for Banants for this clash, as the team needs to open up and try to attack - something that they almost didn't do in the first leg.

It's more likely that the team will have to switch to the domestic duties again, while their squad remained of pretty much the same quality.

They have signed central back Nikolic from Bosnian side Zvijezda and striker Sinayvskiy from Armavir but lost some players on the same position.

The quality difference between the teams was so obvious during the first leg and that's the reason for this bet. Now, with Cukaricki being full of motivation again and knowing that they have nothing to be afraid of, I expect them to be once more far more dominant side on the field and to score the goals even easier with less of the ball possession this time.

Ball movement and creativity is completely with the Serbian side and I in case they approach the game relaxed knowing how big favorites they are, this should be another their victory.

Sligo comes from a goalless game last Friday night away to Shamrock Rovers. That can be described as a very positive outcome since the home side was an almost sure favorite on the paper before the game.

Needless to say, the hosts were the ones who had much more of the ball control and chances created but weren't concrete in front of opponents goal at all. Sligo remains in the middle of the table without much of worries for the remainder of the season.

They had a friendly match using a rotated squad last Monday evening winning over English side Accrington 1:0.

Sligo won't count at suspended right back Banks (22/0). Forward Morahan (18/0) is away on international duty with the Irish U19 team. Doubtful is left back Donelon (11/0).

Waterford entered really poor period since the re-start of the season since the team got their third consecutive defeat last weekend.

They suffered narrow 1:2 loss at home against St. Patricks. Despite taking the lead in the 30th minute, they couldn't hold onto it, allowing opponents to respond right away.

The visitors managed to score the second goal inside the repetition as well, with the home team not being poor in this clash but simply weren't concrete enough.

Waterford now remains just above the red zone, having nine points more than play-out placed Finn Harps and have played four matches less - something that gives them a perfect situation actually.

Midfielder Hery (20/1) has left the club for Linfield, while forward O'Connor came from the same club. Midfielder Fitzgerald came from Limerick a week ago.

Sligo is looking better and more firm at the back when playing at home. It's something where I see their chance and advantage since Waterford anyway comes here in a poor form and aren't that crucially effective on the road. If one of the teams is to win, that would most surely be Sligo Rovers, at least in my eyes.
