Some Governors work on federal roads and get paid by the ministry of works on a later date. Nothing stops the Governor from doing that. All blame should.not always be on the Federal Govt. Atleast you can see the people leading the protest and it was non violent. Advocating for violence is a no no. A protest should not be faceless. It need leaders to micromanage the peaceful outcome
