I Yemmysworld91: I know you are happy and celebrating while typing this. I know the government has failed in the area of security but I just want to correct you on Benue.
Many Nigerian Christians down south don't understand the importance of the Middle belt. The crises in the middle belt which includes Benue began when both religions began to spread. Islam from north and Christianity from South. Hence the middle belt have witnessed the struggle for land and religion even pre independence. Hence the middle belt crises predates Nigeria. I was shocked when I knew this. Do your research on this.
We have weak institutions and are not proactive on security matters. I know you people will clap back with insults but the Yorubas will overcome this phase. Just watch and see People like are are the reason why Nigeria is still where it is. You bring tribalism into every matter. Nigeria is bleeding, lives and properties are being lost daily and yet all you care about is defending a failed government because the leader is your tribesman. The "religious war" as you called it going on in Benue, is it not part of insecurity? |

Most times, I am tempted to ask if these drug dealers actually serve jail time when they're caught in these countries. I mean, the number of Nigerians who are engaged in selling drugs is crazily alarming. Do they really serve jail time when caught? |

Good one there. We have too many thugs handling tax collection in Nigeria. The government needs to start clamping on these thugs and illegal tax collectors.
Most of the villages where these markets are located usually collect daily taxes but they're never concerned about the cleaning and hygiene of the market. They always end up waiting for government to come and do it. |
Politics › Re: Aisha Yesufu Vows To Oppose Peter Obi If He Exceeds One-Term Promise by XOGBADO(m): 7:18am On Apr 08 |
Both Peter Obi and Aisha Yesufu are very unserious people. You want to win an election and then you decide to align with Aisha when in real sense you should be aligning with political heavy weights not activists.
Why is he promising one term? This is the same promise Buhari made. Is he just desperate to be the president of Nigeria? |

Beeron: What you should get is hydrogen peroxide 3% for home use.
Pour little inside your ear hold the place up for close to 10 minutes. Do that morning and night.
It will kill the bacteria in there and fight off any infection and debris blockage.
Hydrogen peroxide cost about 15k now. I strongly disagree with the idea of pouring hydrogen into your ear when you have issue. He's best bet is to buy antibiotics. DeclanR avoid putting anything into your ear for now, don't try to itch it or even clean it. Avoid ear plugs for now. Buy antibiotics and pain reliefs. You'll feel better within a few days |
Education › Re: I Regret Being Too Hard On Myself In My Early Years Of Med School by XOGBADO(m): 3:30pm On Nov 29, 2025 |
givedemwotowoto: Use your younger years to your best advantage. A golden advise I’ll give someone in their teens is to start reading, read books from accomplished people in life. You’ll understand life a lot faster than your peers by reading. You’ll have so much wisdom, and see opportunities others don’t. Read! Read!! Read!!! I can’t stress that enough. This is your ticket to faster life accomplishments.
There are always opportunities, they’re always there, and fortunately for you, billions of people won’t see them, but you’ll see them if you read! That’s why the most successful people are also the most grateful, grateful they saw the opportunities others didn’t. While people cry daily of no food and no opportunities, you see treasures everywhere. So practice gratitude, it will set your mind right and change your life. Wake up everyday and feel grateful. It’s a miracle you have a chance today to do something you can be remembered for. And let me say this again, read! That’s where you get all the wealth of knowledge from!
Practice makes perfect, so work to gain knowledge and experience, work your butt off to learn as much as possible, it will all make sense later in life. From Rookie to CEO, you acquired life lessons all the way.
Train your body also. Those physical exercises are beneficial for your body and brain. Those exercises will carry you to the next generation.
I can’t tell you all I know in a single comment session, but you can learn them by reading books about the lives of accomplished people. Everything you need in this life are in those autobiographies and books written about those who got where you want to be, it will all make sense the way life works. This is a much needed advice. Could you please suggest books for someone in his late 20s still trying to figure out life 🙏 |

Procashtips: Almost 42 years A freelance/independent consultant With 2 children (Almost 6 and Almost 4) Wife working.
Lost it all in bad collaboration, fraudulent investments, bad/wrong investments and also theft.
Got an asset that can give him ₦20m after debts are paid. How does he bounce back with the above?
Rent is 2m annually School fees is 300-350k termly. Feeding ₦150k+ monthly Others: ₦100k monthly
If you are in his shoes, what are you going to do?
He plans to be responsible for running the house this time around without relying on assistance from the wife to restore sanity/orderliness.
Advice him from the point of financial and career stability, To be honest, 20m for a family man like you with this quality of life equates to a man in a sinking ship. This is my advice : •You need to talk to your wife to help run some home expenses. •You should try moving into a cheaper house. Let's say 1.5m annual rent. That extra 500k will go along way for you. •Cut down on every unnecessary expenses. •Above all, invest in a business that can bring you daily or weekly returns. I don't think you need an investment that'd tie down your money for long |

Why do you have to shoot in a crowded area? A lot of our security personnel lack proper arms training. They know how to pull the trigger but they lack proper aiming skills. The life of this young boy has been cut short because of a very avoidable incident. I hope the policeman is brought to justice. May the soul of the departed rest in peace 🕊️ |
