Hey sharon,,, I got a Bold 1, works perfectly, its what i'm currently using with BIS, got it from London in January, its branded 'O2', the firmware/o.s has been updated to the latest, it has a protector, charger and USB cable, the only thing is that the metallic part has started peeling.
