Hi,
I just finished from Unilorin in July, I stayed around school to make sure I saw my results to confirm my graduation, I did confirm and I past all courses!! I left school around the 10th of july after i saw my spreadsheet and confirmed my results.
Now the first list of graduating students was released in like september, to my surprise my name wasnt there, so i waited patiently for second list, which is still yet to be out!!!
The annoying part is that convocation held last week and I went to school & was told that i cant be part of the convocation because my name isnt out yet! So I went to my dept to find out what was going on & I was told they took my name to the B.C.O.S committee ( the committee which will sent it to the senate for approval) by the 5th of august and they said they were not sitting no more, that they closed by end of July!!!
Now i was told to pay another school fees, but after some arguement theysaid I shouldnt pay no more, but I have to wait till the senate is sitting on result matters again, which no one can give me a date for! And that i will hopefully convocate next year (After i had passed all my courses)!!!!
This is hilarious to me that they want me to waste a year of my life!!! So I am considering taking legal actions against them,, pls advice

I decided to use this medium to let you people know i have an issue with a way First bank have decided to go about a certain process, thus I plan on shutting down my account as soon as I have the time!
I received a money gram which i decided to cash at one of your branches here in Lagos Island, but unfortunately from what i was told its not possible, simply because my account is dormant, please note the following about my issue:
1.It is a domicilliary account (£)
2. I still have £100 i purposely left there just to keep the account serviced
3. The moneygram i was sent is a £100 equivalent
4. I was told to make my account active i should pay in some money! (where by I can only pay £'s into my acc)

Please note my point here is i have £100 in my Dom acc which they claim is now dormant, so can note give me my money gram of £100!
So why should I leave £100 in the account since it seems not to be useful for me to cash my money gram?
How can i pay £'s into my account to activate it again just to cash out a measly £100?
This is so not fair to me & therefore I have decided to shut down my acc once i have the time, because i still have not been able to cash out my £100 moneygram, which was sent to me.
After i have kept a good record and even put about £5,000 on a fixed deposit with your bank when i opened my Dom acc.? Now I cant even use this same acc just to guaranty myself for £100 moneygram? This is terrible and unreasonable!!!!

Pls am I wrong to think so?
