First of all, i want to appreciate this platform for being so informative and educative, it really helped me while i was applying for a South African Visa for the first time and was granted the visa 20 days after the application (even though i have never traveled out of the country before, i.e my passport was clean and clear..). Anyway, i have come to seek your help again. Will be joining my husband in South Africa by July, 2018, though he's on Student Visa which will expire by 31st Dec. 2018, my question is this, what are the required documents needed in processing an Accompanying Spouse Visa?, How long does it take to process the said visa? Will i be allowed to work over there?

Download the medical and radiology form and take it to any general hospital. You spend between 5 - 7k. No need to go through any test.

Also endeavor to ask your sponsor to collect bank reference for you from his bank that will increase your chances.

Also try to ask your sponsor to pay part of your tuition fee if you don't have any scholarship to indicate that he is really ready to sponsor you.

I'm sorry to say that she cannot do beyond what's stated on her visa. Over stay will result to banning which might affect her from applying or coming in again.
I would suggest they plan a 7 days family trip.

Please gurus in the house. I need to clear some questions. My younger bro was denied a study visa on the grounds of insufficient funds. He was told to re-apply within 10 working days.
My questions are as follows :-

1. How much is the cost of applying again
2. What should be the minimum balance in the account of his sponsor for study visa
3. How long will his visa take as the School he was admitted into will be resuming January 2017

You have to pay before leaving. You are submitting the confirmation of payment with other documents for visa application. It's paid yearly.

I have two men in my life right now.

The first one is a medical doctor at nauth in nnewi. According to him, he is 37 years old(10 yes older than me) but I still don't believe him cos he looks much older than his assumed age. On another note, the doctor is secretive! Hmmm and always wanting to push you to sin. You need to ask him what is plan is like? When likely does he want to settle and let him open up about himself more to you. You can imagine the treatment you get from someone that keep things from his soulmate. Ask for families, long term goals and most especially his Christian life need to be monitored.
As for Canadian guy, ask for what he's doing there, how he got there and find out if he's doing a legal business. It's very important! I'm in south Africa and I see how a lot of people rot here and lie on social media they are living large. Also ask same future goals questions and what his Christian life as well.
Throw some scenarios to know things about these guys prayerfully!!!

Don't stress yourself on this relationship issue. He should write and state his intention, relationship with you and support you with necessary documents that you might require. The letter should be address to the embassy.

You can as long as it is perfect, I know two of my friends who made use of it, it was done by there agent for them, 80% of visa applicant in Nigeria are using fake documents, the embassy will only check if you really own an account with the bank.

Am sorry, I totally disagree with this. Like 3 different occasions, people have been denied because the embassy call the banks now. One person called someone I know and said his accounting officer just call to inform her that he just got a call from the embassy; they ask for balance on specific dates according to his statement unfortunately the record was false so her visa was denied. Please go for original documents. Most denials in recent time is due to fake bank account statement.
