How I avoid overthinking is that I remind myself that nothing is perfect and nothing can be perfect. I remind myself that the sooner I take action and see the errors the sooner I make corrections that will move what I have done towards perfection that I want. People who overthink myself inclusive are perfectionist, so remind yourself that nothing is perfect in this world and just take action.
