As for that Mowe-Ofada axis, I fear the traffic on that road sometimes and I dont know when work will be done on that Lagos Ibadan express road.

please describe the area in Ajah, which developments are arount it? what is the nature of the land (are there dry lands in the Ajah area) and what specific documents do you have. The thing is that so many people are advertising lands around that Lekki - Ajah axis, but do not have the necessary documents and rights to sell them. And as you'll understand, this is not the time to Gamble with money and time.

I like the sound of this. What documents will this come with? Any Omo onile issues?, how long would it take to drive from this location to 1004 in V.I?

a lot of his grammars are actually not correct! he forms them. However I dont think there is really a need to use such big words in communicating to a diverse audience like Nigeria. Communication is better when simple words are used.
