please describe the area in Ajah, which developments are arount it? what is the nature of the land (are there dry lands in the Ajah area) and what specific documents do you have. The thing is that so many people are advertising lands around that Lekki - Ajah axis, but do not have the necessary documents and rights to sell them. And as you'll understand, this is not the time to Gamble with money and time.
