My experience taught me about how not to be nice with people. Many nairalanders here are unfriendly neighbours!

There is one that lives below me. He has been a nightmare to my kids from the first day I moved in. Always complaining about the kids making noise. The house neighbours agreed that no one should also play loud music and that children are not expected to play around but sit quietly. I have never met the landlord since when I moved in. I don't even know whether he exists. All of a sudden, the very very dumb lawyer brought a quit notice without even seeing me first to discuss. I was about going extreme with the whole thing but decided to let it be.
I was thinking that whole thing was a scam. The neighbours hold meetings without involving me.
