Celebrities / Re: Davido Congratulates Ademola Adeleke On Winning Osun PDP Primaries by xunnyt: 7:26am On Jul 22, 2018
RebelChip:
If I were the Yorubas in Osun, I will make sure APC looses this election. Same with PDP if Adeleke is a Muslim. My reason is that enough is enough. How can Yoruba Muslims be ruling this state from the time it was created?

Please Yoruba Christians, forget all these crap they tell you that in Yoruba land that religion does not matter. Thats a lie from the pit of hell. Just ask yourself, does it mean there are no Oodua sons who are Christians that can develop Osun?

Let me give you some secrets now even though head slamming personnels all over Nigeria won't like my comment.

Nasarawa state is a state populated by 80% Christians. But every time, the least they can get is deputy governor. That state has been ruled by Muslims from time immemorial. And you tell me religion is not important in Politics? What about Kaduna? Where Christians are 55% against Muslim 45%? Yet.... No Christian Governor. My people, do you know that the only Christian Governor that ever came up in Kaduna died in an helicopter crash? Some months after inauguration? You think there are no feelers the bird was compromised before it took off?

Exact same thing is playing out in Osun and Yorubaland. There is an organised and systematic jihadization going on in the West. But if I tell my Yoruba Christian brothers, they will say "Religion does not matter in Yorubaland". But look well, something terrible is happening.

By the way, I don't know why the Adeleke family who are mostly Muslims are always running to the East to marry Igbo women. Why can't you people marry from your tribe? Is it a pointer that Yoruba women are not marriageable? Nobody should give me that crap of National unity. Nigeria is not one and can never be one. Igbos are predominantly Christians and will always remain so. Light and Darkness can never mix. Davido is madly in love with an Igbo Christian Chioma, his grandmother is a strong Christian Igbo women, Same with so many other Igbo women married to that family in Ede. Please Adeleke family, leave Igbo women alone.
oyinlola which is 1 of d formal governor of d state of Osun is a Christian bro.. not a Muslim

Education / Parable; In War With The Ghost (past, Present, Future) by xunnyt: 9:22pm On Aug 15, 2017

Parable: In war with a giant ghost. . He was walkin under the scroching of the sun, naked with his thought, he got no dress to wrap them up. His heart door was locked and his paths were blocked. Even in complete isolation, he never forgot the dream he had. . Roamed with purple lace; with an increased pace he took the scroll to his dream, lieing beneath the well of his heart. Like a veteran, he wrote his dream down with flowing bloods, which makes me remeber the vision of a man in seclusion. His dream went thus, . (spoken words). Olaoluwa sat in seclusion with his eyes opened he had a dream; . In my vision, I Olaoluwa, was being chased ’round by a pretty ghost who’s tallness, ain’t to be compared with Goliath. His left toe only will squeez the whole town of Ogbomoso to pieces. With a huge cutlass and a small sickle he chased me, ’round the lonely street of life. I, soon grew weary, tho I ran as far as my legs could carry me. In due time I was caught , I got no other choice than to surrender. He smashed my back to the ground and hurt me with the sicle he was bout to slay me with the huge cutlass, then I cried out saying, “who are you?”. His reply was terrfying he said, “I’m a ghost who you loved seeing, who you always anticipate to see”. He contd, “I’m the man that every man always think I’ll bring them goodluck but when they were hurt by tis small sickle they felt depressed and I slay them with the huge cutlass”. I was mouth agaped then he sum his words up, “you’ll never stay balancd with me if the sickle should hurt you”. He raised the cutlass to slay me down, but was interrupted by a swam of bee, who stood next to him, hymning melodiously to please his ear. On seeing him disturbed, I ran took his cutlass then slay him down after different cuts. I conquered!! . . Meaning of the parable; I Olaoluwa, stands for man, the lonely street is Life and the Giant represent The Future. The small Sickle never fails to represent the past that hurt while the cutlass stands for the huge present that can be use tn slay man down if the bee which stands for creatives fails to interrupts the giant. . . Be wise don’t let your past hurt you and dont be slayed by the present instead use your present in buildin creatives that will conquer the future. Thanks for reading.

Sports / Fernando Torres Released From Hospital by xunnyt: 1:30pm On Mar 03, 2017
Fernando Torres has been released from hospital after suffering a head injury in his side’s 1-1 draw at Deportivo La Coruna.

The striker will have to stay in Galicia according to El Mundo as he will be unable to fly or risk travelling while he recovers, but is expected to make a full recovery and will return home as soon as is possible.

“Everything is well. I want to thank everyone, the Atletico and Deportivo players for the reaction they had, the fans, the medical staff in the hospital that took great care of me,” Torres is quoted as saying by Marca after his release.

“I remember everything before the collision. I recovered consciousness in the ambulance. Fortunately, it was just a care and I’m just counting the days to return to play.”

Torres suffered the injury after a collision with Depor’s Alex Bergantinos in the 84th minute but a collision saw the striker’s head crash into the ground after he had appeared to be knocked out, with concerned teammates and medical staff surrounding him for five minutes on the pitch.

“A magnetic resonance done in the spine has corroborated that Fernando Torres has no alterations or traumatic injuries after the blow he suffered to the head in Riazor just as the CT scan done on the player had confirmed,” Atletico confirmed via a tweet.

“Having spent the night under observation, Torres left the La Coruna hospital this morning. He will have to rest for the next 48 hours.”

Politics / Osinbajo Orders Oil Companies To Relocate To Niger Delta by xunnyt: 1:22pm On Mar 03, 2017
Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has reportedly asked all international oil companies operating in the Niger-Delta region but with head offices in other parts of Nigeria to relocate to the zone.

Osinbajo gave the directive in Akwa Ibom state
It is believed that this is the first time such order would be given by the presidency since 1999 when Nigeria returned to democratic rule.

It is widely known that the oil companies carry out their operations in the region that is now seriously affected by spillage, but have their head offices in Abuja and Lagos

Vanguard reports that Osinbajo gave the directive at a town hall meeting in Uyo, Akwa Ibom which he visited as part of efforts to end the Niger-Delta crisis.

Osinbajo asked the minister of state for Petroleum, Dr Ibe Kachikwu to begin the process of engaging the international oil firms to ensure the directive is adhered to since it was the right thing to do.

He revealed that the petroleum ministry was working with the oil firms working on illegal refineries to establish modular refineries to achieve the desired result.

He further noted that the ministry of Petrolum and the Presidential Amnesty Office are doing their best with state governments in the Niger Delta to the benefit of the youths in the area.

Emphasizing that the government was committed on the Ibaka deep Sea port project, he added: “Indeed as a matter of fact, in the 2017 budget there is already a provision for the Ibaka port. There is already N1billion provision.

“It is a matter we take seriously to partner with the Akwa Ibom state government.”

He also pleaded with the region to attract private investments in their domain in order to boost employment for the youths.
