Please go for another eye test to ensure your prescription is correct. Also, wear your glasses as prescribed. If the headache persists, you'll need to see a GP.

Does eye strain headache persist even after changing one's glasses?
I got a change of glasses last year December after experiencing strange pain and pressure at one side of my head, which started last year September. The Optometrist, on examining my glasses said I was using the wrong lens prescription for the wrong eye. Like the prescriptions were swapped and one of the eyes was straining itself in order to see. According to him, that was what caused the pains.

By the way, I was using same glasses since 2017 and went for check up as at 2020 January which the Doctor said since I wasn't experiencing any headache I could keep on using the same prescription. But I didn't like the frame I was using so I asked to change the frame which I guess probably is where the swapping occurred, because the lady who gave me new glasses measured something on the previous one to make the new.

Anyway the issue now is even after getting new prescription and corrections as at December last year. I still experience the pains and it's been over 10 months now. I dunno if it's still eye strain headache or I should go check up for something else.
