Birth Certificate (The one issued to your by your local government).

Original jamb admission letter..
Original jamb result…

Court Affidavit (Signed and sealed from High Court, Akure).

Certificate of State Of Origin from your local Government (Signed &stamped).

FUTA Admission Letter…
pds final result printed online (For only admitted pds students)

passport (Not More than 2-3months old, atleast 45copies advisably)…

E-Tranzact for School Charges Payment (this will be available on resumption).
