jesusjnr2020 that was a soul lifting exaltation thanks n I'm trying I'd say but I feel like the spirit have not left me completely cuz atimes the thought of the feeling flashes everyday and Bfr I know it the urge kinda comes but not as hard as it used to Bfr tho the thing would later die down within minutes

How can I help fight the thoughts please bcoz tbh I really can't control it, it just flashes n i feel the urge again tho I try to replace the thought with something else but I do have this fear in me that if not careful I might go back to the act unknowingly

Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind. How to renew your mind:

1. Study and meditate upon the word of God always
2. Think God thoughts and when evil thoughts comes, think about something good.
3. Speak the word of God to yourself and start confessing positive words to yourself
4. Pray that to God for strength.

The reason why you still see flashes of those things you were engage in is because, those pictures are still in your mind. But as you continue with God and renew your mind, you begin to see the less.

It may look as if it is not working and difficult to achieve but you will find it easier to achieve when you begin to pray more and study God's word more.
