Bruh, u are not getting the point.
Jet fuel does not have the market like aviation fuel does. He can't produce excess litres of Jet fuel a day, at the end of the day, the PMS is the cash cow constituting 43% of the products.
Also as a single trained refinery, he can't produce engine oil.
Dangote is not the problem here. Let the man breet

Like I said, you clearly don’t understand refining sciences, so this picture will help you. A variation in temperatures can tilt production to the most you want.

He can do majority PMS or diesel if he wants
