Lizzy Gold Onuwaje isn’t new to the world of show business. Her foray into the make-believe world started in 2006, when she won the Delta State Pageant as Miss Delta State. Then she tried her hands at the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria Pageant (MBGN) where she emerged as the second runner-up.

Like most of her peers who had the undying passion to get into acting, Lizzy had hers too, but it didn’t go well with her boyfriend at the time. She said:

“Initially, he was very skeptical about it. He said girls in Nollywood don’t stay in marriages. To me, it depends on individuals. I don’t think it’s true, because so far, some people like Omotola have kept their marriages. But he saw that I was very passionate about it when I went as far as attending an acting school in Lagos, so he let me be. I told him, it’s either he allowed me do my acting or he let me be. So he allowed me do my acting.”

Lizzy was quick to add that it wasn’t really her acting that made her drop the guy, rather because he was not measuring up to her standard as a man.

“The affair didn’t crash because I went into acting. The basic truth is he doesn’t have money; so I decided to end the relationship. I dumped him in 2013 because he didn’t have much in terms of money and he didn’t have any push for my kind of man”.

Actually, when i started i was fully involved in d marketing process because i needed to hear my customers complaints directly! Then as time goes on i started hiring a bus for door-to-door supply and d sales was amazing because dry season is a favourable season for my business..
As time goes on i realized that marketing was affect my production capacity, then delegated it to one of my most sincere female staff.. But at this stage of my business, my marketers doesn't touch my money anymore.. All they do is to meet the retailers and introduce my products and take booking orders, then we supply to them and d payments are made directly to UNITY SOAP account.. Although i do pay them commission on sales plus their basic salary of 8k to 20k depending on positions, if u apply this strategy no goods will remain in ur packing store.. Alternatively i've rented a shop in d market nw where my customers can nw go and buy directly without coming to my manufacturing factory.. Initially d challenge was too much on me but at a time subsided, coupled with my experience from a soap industry where i worked!

Not all of us are like you. Some of us are actually honest people living in Nigeria, it's unfortunate that everyone of us should suffer insults like this. I haven't as much as stolen a pen from anyone so I do not deserve this insult from you especially since you don't know me! I'm just a struggling graduate trying to get out of this bad economic situation, do not discourage me with your negativity.
If you're a thief or a 419 that's your problem but don't tag every single one of us with you. I wouldn't be receiving such an insult if I could walk into a bank and get a loan.

@egobetatoday @millionboi and @englishmart I also find your posts very offensive and since you have jugded me and found me guilty of 419 then may u also be judged for your situations and get same kind of judgement.

Let me tell all of u, G-invest is a big scam, n d big scam is in dis room, they put up write up to keep u believing in them....and some of u in this room, be truthful to yourself, some of u, paid 400k for this job...if u can find d person u paid too, arrest d person b4 its too late....those of u dat re saying d letter will soon b out' from a reliable source, better repent b4 its too late.....I knw some will go against my writen, beware of such people....We will arrest one Staff dat call himself G-invest staff on monday....they re big scam...I did not want to reply ever since, I jst want to help some of u that is believing in dis scam job......
