Politics › Re: Kano People Inscribing KWANKWASIYYA On Their Private Houses (Photo) by yedidiah(m): 8:26pm On Sep 26, 2016
Kwankwasiyya( the red cap revolution) rules Kano. Hardly will you find a place in Kano without that famous write-up on one building or the other. Even for ring road sef, pipes wey dem neva lay get kwankwasiyya printed on them.

Ganduje simply can't compete with it hence the call to remove the sign from all project so that we won't be able to tell under whose administration it was done.

Kwankwasiyya is so popular that friends and I as well as other customers were once denied seats in a popular eatery along Bompai road because they said Kwankwaso's mum was around.

Customers could only seat after she left. Thing wey pain me pass be say, the other fellas were hailing her sef.

Celebrities › Re: Teen Girl Who Married At 17, Became A Mum At 18 And Hanged Herself At 19 by yedidiah(m): 10:59pm On Sep 25, 2016
I don't know why we keep deceiving ourselves with the idea that once you are 18, you are an adult and can take whatever decision you like.

The thing is, Government needed an age to introduce every child into its system and a hypothetical age of 18 was picked. Reality is; how many 18 or even 20 years old are matured enough to handle the pressure of Life, fend for themselves or make independent and reasonable choices in Life? let alone be responsible for another?

We can curb stuffs like this and other teenage menace in our society today by returning back to the society that is concerned with the development of its youth. Where maturity is not defined majorly by age or financial status: but by the ability to handle responsibilities, make sensible/ acceptable judgements.

We must also return to the days where traditional family values are highly regarded.

pls I am not derailing. I am only using this medium to express my mind on how fast our society is going down the drain because youths can't just wait to become 18 so they can start living waywardly all in the name of freedom.

Omo, see how we dey make arsenal look like shaolin soccer team. And to say that our next two matches are against Leicester and Man utd. The team is slowly returning to its position last season.

But I fit bet sha say we go come back against arsenal. We always do.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Vs Chelsea (3 - 0) On 24th September 2016 by yedidiah(m): 5:55pm On Sep 24, 2016
This has sadly become a familiar spot for Chelsea this season. Going two goals down and then trying to crawl back up. But if we know Chelsea too well, we would know that over the past couple of seasons, it has been difficult for Chelsea to come back and win a game once they go two down.

Conte has obviously not done much to improve the team. Can't a younger Gary Cahill and David Luiz hold the defence in the absence of Terry? Courtois has clearly lost his goalkeeping prowess and let's in almost anything.

Why not play Azpilicueta at right back and Alonso at left.

This team is clearly not cut out for the championship.

By the way, our judicial system is at its lowest point. So it is now the prosecutor want to 'properly charge' him.

good! we are winning. But, it doesn't deny the fact that our goalkeeping and defence need serious work. We conceed cheap goals and it is not good for our title aspirations. Only one clean sheet this season is unacceptable. Conte's holiday is over. Time to bring back Fabregas and possibly Mikel. Azpilicueta should remain as right back.

For anyone with an answer; possibly married folks or professionals in this field in the house.

Why do pregnant ladies act strange? Today, my neighbour's heavily pregnant wife was trying to climb a moringa tree. Reason, she wants to eat moringa.

I remember how my brother's wife used to wake him at wee hours of the night asking for what was obviously impossible to get at such time of the night. And when she doesn't get it, she'll cry till she sleep off.

So, is this common among ladies? Is there a medical explanation for such behaviours.
