Meat pie Filling
Ground beef
Irish potatoes
Carrot
A dash of turmeric
Curry
Thyme
Seasoning powder
Onion
Garlic powder
Veg oil(a Tablespoon will do)
Salt
Dried pepper for a little heat
Corn starch or flour

Directions
Cut the Irish potatoes and carrot to your desired size
Boil the Irish potatoes to be tender( not too soft)
Add in the carrot, onion and the ground beef. Add the veg oil and stir. Allow to simmer for a minute, add the seasoning and spices, stir and check for salt. Cook until the ground meat has changed its reddish color.
Mix / dissolve the cornstarch or flour with a little water, add it to the ground beef filling and stir very well. Cook for a minute or 2, and wala It’s ready.

Tips: I added little salt to the Irish potatoes before boiling, to add tatse to it.

Daughter to Nigerian billioniare, Femi Otedola, DJ Cuppy has simply stated the reason why she does not eat meat or fish.

The artist, disc jockey and philanthropist took to her account on popular photo and video sharing platform, Instagram hours ago to reveal this in the comment section of her recent post.

In the video she shared, DJ Cuppy is seen in the bathtub of her home eating jollof rice while she was shooting a video of a song on her soon to be released album.

Meanwhile, on the jollof she was eating a fan drew her attention to the fact that there was neither a meat nor fish on it and she had a response for that.

The user with the ID @chris_akpa simply commented:

“No chicken no meat why?”

She replied thus:

“I’m vegan”

Well, for those who don’t know, vegans stay away from eating animal products.

Delicious salad dressing to Taste

The Making
In your food processor, blend the fresh meat with chopped onions and Tiger Garlic Powder, Larsor Beef Seasoning, and Tiger Chilli Pepper.

Carefully shape in a circle according to your desired thickness and grill until it’s well done and slightly charred on the outside.

Serve it over your Bun with Ketchup, Lettuce, Cheese, and your salad dressing.
