End users are the most likely users who would benefit from your domain. In this case the domain must represent a product or service related to the end users own. You can easily find end users by typing your domain name into Google.com, bing.com, hotbot.com, domainero.com....

All these would display relevant companies using your keyword in your website. You can then go to whois.com and input their website name to get their details or you go to hunter.io to get Decision makers email. You then send an email to them. And Viola if interested they would contact you asap

Yes. But only if you do it right!


Buying Domains

I majorly use Godaddy and Namecheap.
Godaddy for quick flips and Namecheap for long term investments.

For the quick flip, I do not spend more than $5 per domain

How? I use fiverr.

Process:
You place an order, submit
-the domain you want to register
-your Godaddy email
-customer no
and then you get your domain.

There are 2 sellers I use mostly - This guy and This guy.


What domains to buy?

I only buy names that describe a product or service. Nothing more!

Keywords i target are:
-web design
-real estate
-dentist
-landscape
-marijuana/cbd/hemp
-properties etc

I must admit 80% of my quick flip names are Geo+keyword domains


Sales Frequency

On average, I sell at least one domain out of every six which is very profitable for me as it is certain if I spend $30 (6 x $5) I'm guaranteed to get $100 - $500 on at least 1 domain

I already close 2 domain names this past week. Both within the range of $100 - $400. On a combined investment of $10

No need for professional email. I use my Android Gmail. It gets the job done.

Also, I use an alias. Endusers tend to prefer to buy something from their country men. So, if you're disguising, do it well.


Advice

-Target good domains and price them between low and mid $$$ and watch your sales increase. At least 1 out 6 names

-I prefer to stay under the radar, so I'm not frequent on NL

It can be done but the rate will come back as poor as taking your naira to mallam abok.i to buy dollar before funding, and it will take like 2-3 working days to get the dom account funded.

you can open a domiciliary account with them so u will get the dollar card... its depends on the shopping site... for me, i use amazon and aliexpress.. so whenever i want to buy something more than 100$, i will first buy 100$ giftcard with my account then buy the remaining with my siblings account... with that i can buy goods up to 500$......


i should have opened the domiciliary account but i was told to get drivers license or international passport b4 they will open it...(I've tried all the banks)... same response... they dont accept the NIMC slip...

thats why i use my siblings card... but for domiciliary account, there is no limit

Dollar card has no monthly limit.... You can use PayPal with a dollar card... There is no problem using dollar card

What card type did you use when you got the second message? I think they've stopped the Naira card for foreign transactions since last week or so.

Gtbank Naira MasterCard

Have been one of the user of the Naira MasterCard to buy goods online but I first received one message from Gtbank saying:

"Dear customer, you can conveniently use PayPal with a GTBank Dollar Card. Apply now on Internet Banking or send a mail to cardsandproductdev@gtbank.com".

After some days that have been trying to use the card to pay online that have been decline, I decided to try it again to buy on eBay and was decline and later Gtbank sent message saying:

Dear Customer, your transaction was declined because the amount attempted exceeds your approved cumulative limit.

But now am confused because I don't really understand that 2nd message and I heard that some people card is still going on well. Please help. Thanks

Chinos is still doing shipping just that I think he has quit Nairaland because I text him and his manager yesterday and they said that they ship that yesterday and the next shipment is in another 2 weeks. So my advice to u all is to becareful in using the shipping company you didn't know. Thanks.

Am surprise of hearing all this you said TY did because he is doing well with me and even faster than before because I just used him to collect my packages from LSM Global and he delivered my packages to me in Osogbo even faster than expected.
