PLS ponder your steps very well before taking it. yes, more often than not, one-man businesses are the same. If you are sure of getting something better to do if you leave the job, pls do leave. But then, if not, or you are still trying to figure out, i will advise you stay put and disregard ur current working condition. Put your eyes on the future ahead of you and plan towards it. The fact remains that a thousand other people are waiting to take up that position if you leave it, that is the sad reality we face in our country as job-seekers. I share the same problem with you. How come a Graduate trainee will be earning higher than experience hire cos according to the job criteria, the graduate specialist is an experience hire and with my own experience, have never seen an environment where a graduate trainee will be earning higher than an experienced staff (Them no dey sell experience for market ooo)

You said, the MT will be made Assistant Managers after their in-house training period. And that in UAC, if you are at the Assistant Manager rank, you have arrived. The Job criteria when it was announced shows that the Graduate specialist will be employed on a Senior Staff level which means that irrespective of how it is, their position will be greater than MT. (suffix to say that most FMCG companies employ GT on the grade of Assisstant Manager).

I will so much apprecuate if you can explain further based on my assertion as i also attached the advert even though i might not scale through but it wont be a bad idea educating each other

Forget Experience! Exp or no Exp, GS will still be trained 4 18 mnth dat is equal 2 a year and a half as compared 2 MT dat would be traind 4 24 mnths equal 2 2years. Experienced hires dont need trainning. If u lk @ d conditions set for the GS Scheme, if u hv jst a certificatn in any chosen field or masters, u stil get shortlistd. So, if u hv a solid 2 yrs competence and u applied 4 dis, O boy, u're on a lng thing o

see, no genuine recruitment will require you to pay money before any service, so this one cannot be genuine.
even d one of soldier, immigration, etc which happen to be govt agencies also scam citizens by collectn money frm so many applicants(millions or hundred thousands of Nigerians) for a space of just 5 000 all over the federation. Its so unfortunate. However pple still get genuine job without payn a dime.

therefore cast not away patience which has a great recompence of reward. If u're nt patient, u may be scammed. End of Story

how sure, 'cos i believed same when we wrote the first online test around June and the msgs for the second test didn't roll in till around August(space of about 2 months) let alone the subsequent postponements that dragged the test date from sept 6 to sept 20. Pls you will need to convince me further on this
