All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential aspirant and former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has congratulated General Muhammadu Buhari on winning the parties presidential ticket. Atiku, who lost in the APC presidential primary posted a concession speech on his Facebook page: Protocol I heartily congratulate Gen. Muhammadu Buhari for emerging victorious in this keenly contested presidential primary election of our great Party, the APC. You ran a spirited campaign, and since the delegates have spoken, you fully deserve the victory. I am very confident that you will provide the needed leadership to turn this country around. I have no doubt that you will work with dedicated and qualified Nigerians to protect our citizens, improve our economy, create jobs, improve education, reform governance and fight corruption. You will indeed bring the change Nigerians have been yearning for. Once more, congratulations. I congratulate the other contestants, namely Governors Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and Rochas Okorocha as well as the erudite Sam Nda-Isiah. You have all demonstrated your commitment to democracy by participating in this transparent process and by campaigning vigorously across this country. I thank our delegates for their sacrifices and their commitment to democracy. In particular, I thank those who voted for me for your faith in me. However, since we came up short, have to now rally behind General Buhari to help him prevail in the coming Presidential election. The APC has demonstrated, through the transparent process, the Party’s commitment to democracy and rule of law. It has demonstrated its respect for people and their choice through the ballot box. I sincerely thank the Convention Committee for putting together a hitch-free convention. My dear friends, we have voted, a winner has emerged. I pledge my commitment to this Party, and to campaign vigorously for our candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and all APC candidates to ensure victory in the 2015 elections. I call on all other contestants and our party’s rank and file to unite behind our candidates at all levels to ensure that the PDP is defeated, so Nigerians can have real change. Long live APC! Prince Williams stunned commuters this week after he was spotted on a commercial flight from New York to Washington DC. The royal – who was in town for a meeting with President Obama – decided against a private plane and instead jumped on what one might call a normal flight for the short trip. And of course his surprise appearance aboard the plan sparked a flurry of excitement, with passengers uploading snaps to their social networking accounts. One snap saw the father-of-one dressed in a navy suit looking around for his seat. "Our flight was delayed and a caravan of black suburbans pulled up to the plane," they wrote alongside the picture. "Then the most unexpected guest stepped onto out DC shuttle flight this morning." Another shocked passenger called the second-in-line to the throne "humble."

Well according to MediaTakeOut, and other sources, it seems like Rihanna is pregnant oo and she is planning to big make the big announcement in her new song which is coming out soon. Reports also claim RiRi has banned the consumption of weed in the studio where she records, something she's famously known to take very often. Rihanna is allegedly very happy about having a baby and sources claim 'she just found out about the pregnancy few days ago!' Nigerian boy band, Plantashun Boiz still remain fresh in our minds even after years of separation. The band-mates; 2face, Faze and Blackface all launched their solo careers leaving the group defunct. It was an electrifying performance on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the 2014 Hennessy Artistry grand finale in Lagos when they performed together after a solo performance by 2face. 2face called on Faze and blackface to join him on stage and it was a delight to all in attendance. |
