Nairaland GeneralRe: Share Your Most Embarassing Moments by yemstar(f): 2:55am On Apr 30, 2006
Hmmmn Embarrasing moments,

Well, my cousin was getting married and everyone had matching trads i was expected to be in school ( I was in SS1), so none was sewn for me,

for some reason i was around for the wedding and i was just going to wear a gown or a cute skirt suit, but my mom had to go into her closet and

force me to wear this really long overflowing skirt and this huge jacket with it, then to make matters worse i was given this hat with the net

covering the face, she claimed it was the closest thing that matched the trads every other person was wearing. We got to the wedding and even

my uncle was like ahba you don't even want any guy to look you at all (mind you he was 57 then). As if going through that was not pain enough  angry my dad had

to take us to one of these parties that old people go to we didn't go home to change, we went straight from the wedding and when we got there, i found out

that the party was divided for teens and adults. I decided to stay with my mum and make her as miserable as i felt for wearing that riduculous outfit, because

even my brothers and cusins didn't want me around them.  sad But then this ITK had to come and drag me to the teens party and he just had to take me to the

very middle of the crowd and was like even though she looks older she is your agemate and there i was in the middle of this party with fine blokes and well dressed

chicks looking like a NUN. i was too embarrased for words embarassed

CrimeRe: Can a Woman Rape a Man? by yemstar(f): 2:05am On Apr 30, 2006
@ Kelvin
QC girls never raped their gateman that is just a nasty RUMOR!! and yes women can rape men, once sex is not consensual by both parties then it is rape, no matter if there was erection on the man's part or not. Some men make fun of male rape victims by calling them weak, but that is so inconsiderate and lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed of them. All rape victims already feel dehumanized and ashamed, why make them feel worse. undecided huh

Forum GamesRe: Why? Why? Why? by yemstar(f): 5:56am On Apr 29, 2006
Why are people coming up with new theories against the bible?

Why are relationships more complicated than they should be?

Why are people trying to get me to have a relationship?

Why is it that even though i claim i don't want a relationship i miss being in one?

Why do people feel the need to make me so upset sometimes?

Why do i miss living with my parents so terribly now that i have to depend on relatives?

Why don't i know what i want to do with my life?

Why don't we all know what will happen in the future?

Why am i asking questions i know no one has the answer to?

EducationRe: Paying Fees For Graduate Studies In The Usa And Uk by yemstar(f): 9:29pm On Apr 26, 2006
Hey Rare,
I am not the most knowledgeable person on this subject but this is what i know. In the US if your GPA as an undergrad was really good and you do the GRE's and score really high in them as well.

Depending on your major they have Graduate assistanships and fellowships available, these are programs that pay for your studies while you go to school.  You can also be a teacher's assistant and get like half of your tuition paid for.

You can get more of this information online, by searching for it by the schools you are interested in or you can just google, fellowships and assistanship programs for your major and which colleges participates in them. Hope this helped. Good luck in your endeavors.
