My experience at COMPUNET/NESTOCYNN's office yesterday Thursday 21-7-2016
Please if you don't want to to loose your hard earned money, don't go anywhere near these guys office. I ought to have sent this since yesterday but because of my stress to Ladipo warehouse that is why I couldn't.
Yes they have an office
But the person called customer care rep is no where near such, she is not friendly at all, Just too crude. After making calls to the so called oga/chairman, she brought down a scrap/skeleton from one shelf and told me this is what it looks like but the laptop is in the warehouse and that if am OK with the crap she has shown me that she will go and bring it from the warehouse. I told her, no wahala, am OK with it. The next thing I heard was that I should make payment so she can go and bring it. I was like... Pls I don't get you, what did you just say? She repeated herself that I should make payment so she can go and get the laptop from the warehouse.
I then told her that how can I pay you when I have not seen what I want to buy physically? I then told her that look am here with cash for payment, her countenance changed when see saw that I wasnt willing to pay and she now when to her sit to continue pressing her phone.
I told her madam, what are you saying that am waiting for her, she then answered me by saying that am the one delaying her and she called the chairman immediately and all her conversations since she has being making calls is in igbo language, so immediately she dropped the call, I called the chairman, he was even more annoying than the lady, he was just too harsh and sounding as if am rigid and he concluded by saying if I am not satisfied with what am given that I would be refunded. In annoyance I dropped the call immediately and walked out of their office.
Right there in their office, so many thoughts started running in my mind, what if I pay her and she doesn't issue me receipt or gives me a receipt different from the one with their company details on it and she walks away/disappears? What people will ask is, how can you get receipt when you have not gotten your good(s)?
With my wealth of over 10 years experience in online businesses and Ikeja, Ladipo and Alaba Intl dealings, I said within me, you are too small to scam me.

I immediately left for Ladipo warehouse and picked up solid laptop

Warning to Nestocynn, never advertise what is not in your possession instantly and stop asking people to pay for what they have not seen, I pray you do this to a military personnel in muffty one day and you will learn your lessons

And to Nairalanders, avoid this type of person, never pay for what you have not seeing and if seen, make sure you test it well or go with an engineer that will help you out.

If you are buying through Aliexpress.com, The DHL charges will be included in your fees...Beware of scammers as they are much online. And always make use of escrow to pay the supplier at the store U want to purchase so as not loose your money.
