Secondly *TYRES*
Due to high cost of tyres it is important to maintain the ones you have. One mistake some people make is they don't know when to guage their tyres, it is not advisable to guage ur tyres when it is actively in use, reason that the more ur truck/car runs on road the more the air pressure of tyres increases. So, gauging ur tyres when the air pressure is active can only lead to under gauging the required sir pressure which to an extent is bad for your tyres. So, except when necessary it is advisable to only gauge tyres first thing in the morning.

Still on tyres, while tyres split weight of loads carried on ur truck though not evenly, it is important to make sure components that assist the tyres in carrying the weight are all in good order, by this I mean shock absorbers, springs, chassis etc. Most springs are already flat and lost its elasticity although not broken, if care is not taken, the load the spring ought to carry, the pressure will be shifted on ur tyres. So all components that assist the tyres although the truck works fine without them are very important.

Check ur wheel alignment often, although most drivers tend to ignore this but it's not until your truck start showing visible signs before you do ur alignments so as to prolong lifespan of ur tyres.

Worked with Adrons for awhile and I can say if you not financially buoyant. Avoid buying land from Adrons. Those hidden charges stated above are real, but they will never tell u until you want to build ur house. Funny enough those hidden charges are usually stated in one corner of their pamphlet but people hardly notice. The price and payment plan attracts people and they often fail to see the hidden danger
