I had the same experience. I sent out my passport through DHL on 9th July and it got delivered at VFS Abuja on 13th July. By 15th July I didn’t the email from them, I had to call them. I found out they made a mistake in my email address and my passport was ready for pick up. I don’t think there’s any need to worry. Just call them on Monday morning to know what’s up
