Crime / Re: Mile 12 Crisis: Police Arrests 48 Suspects, Adopt 24-hr Surveillance by yinchar(m): 6:30pm On May 06, 2021 |
Angelfrost: In every society there always going to be bad elements, which obviously are these ones, they are everywhere irrespective of the country you name - even in the US and U.K. considering how advanced their education systems are, are you saying they don’t have modern prisons? There should always be a repercussion for every bad actions, kids has to be taught this since early age, if you commit the crime you serve the time. But what we current have in this country is a situation where bad elements commits crime knowing fully well they will get out of jail or escape. That’s what am referring to. I didn’t say there shouldn’t be school, how are you sure these ones becomes touts because there are no school in their areas. We can agree to disagree on this. |

WE NEED MORE PRISONS I can’t emphasize this enough... Ultra modern prisons - if the government cannot provide it, then they can use PPP for that sector as been done in the US. |
Politics / Re: Kwara Assembly Wants Death Penalty For Kidnappers by yinchar(m): 8:58am On May 05, 2021 |
This is the best way forward. There should always be a repercussion for every action, any country that doesn't have will slip into anarchy as what is been experienced currently in Nigeria. Kidnapping, armed robbery, the killing of policemen should attract the instant death penalty. The death penalty should also be carried out as quickly as possible PUBLICLY to serve as a deterrent to youngsters thinking of towing this bad path, like its done during the military era. 1 Like 1 Share |

I doubt the validity of the letter. Requesting for all your personal details - revenues, domains etc, is funny. Facebook doesn’t need that, if they want to restrict you access they won’t ask you to stop. Play along, once you provide the aforementioned, the person/scammer behind the letter will ask you for settlement. Don’t fall for it. Perhaps contact Facebook support directly to verify the authenticity of the letter. I really doubt it personally. This is high end scamming rings from Russia, makes it look legit, but I can see it. 15 Likes 5 Shares |

Technology Market / Re: Amgray Logistics Reviews - Ship From USA To Nigeria - Ship From Nigeria To USA by yinchar(m): 11:25pm On Apr 27, 2021 |
Doslop: I totally agree with you. I don’t know who makes a courier company a law enforcement agency. If they can’t verify the authenticity of the sender, simply return back the parcel to the senders address. All courier companies do this, at worst, they demand the return shipping fees. The client doesn’t want to use your services again, RETURN. It just quite unfortunate when Nigeria companies try to flee unsuspecting clients and customers. I will never use this company, I hope others learn their lesson. |
Technology Market / Re: Amgray Logistics Reviews - Ship From USA To Nigeria - Ship From Nigeria To USA by yinchar(m): 10:13pm On Apr 27, 2021 |
AmgrayLogistics: Then return the damn package to the senders address. Charge him to pay the return shipping if you have to, or ask him to send a shipping label. Simple as that! Or what am I missing here. Why are you enforcingly holding on to a package that doesn’t meet your shipping requirements? |
Technology Market / Re: Amgray Logistics Reviews - Ship From USA To Nigeria - Ship From Nigeria To USA by yinchar(m): 9:00pm On Apr 27, 2021 |
I saw their advert on a thread, and decided to check the company out, since I buy from US and ship to Nigeria. So surprised about all these negative reviews. It’s terrible, if you company suspects fraud why can’t you return the parcel back to the sender. Who makes you guys the law enforcer - conducting investigation. If you cant ship the item despite the evidence provided, then return parcel back to senders address, how’s that difficult to do, instead of loosing potential customers by negative reviews and taking on the job of a police. With this negative comments, I’ll not use your company, I rather stick to Shoptomydoor despite their expensive shipping rates. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Egypt Executes Nine Over 2013 Attack On Police by yinchar(m): 7:30pm On Apr 27, 2021 |
This is an example of a country that is serious on security. There should always be repercussion for every action, once that is lacking in any country - its a recipe for disaster. 1 Like 2 Shares |
Foreign Affairs / Egypt Executes Nine Over 2013 Attack On Police by yinchar(m): 7:28pm On Apr 27, 2021 |
Egypt has executed nine people found guilty of involvement in the killing of 13 policemen during the unrest in 2013 following the removal of the Islamist Mohamed Morsi from power. The nine were part of a group of 20 people sentenced to death for the attack on a police station, after security forces broke up a mass sit-in protest in Cairo by supporters of Morsi. Hundreds of protesters were killed. Amnesty International has condemned the executions as a horrifying example of the Egyptian authorities' contempt for the right to life.

Politics / Why $30m Didn't Protect Nigerian Pupils After Chibok by yinchar(m): 5:12am On Apr 14, 2021 |
The kidnapping of hundreds of Nigerian schoolgirls from Chibok seven years ago led to the launching of a multi-million dollar plan, backed by a former UK prime minister, to bolster security at schools - but it failed to stop abductions and protect children. The swirl of dust thrown up as a helicopter came down to land heralded a high-level visit to Chibok in March 2015. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-56732909 1 Share

Health / Re: The Names Of 100 Nigerians Who Refused COVID-19 Test To Be Published Soon - PTF by yinchar(m): 7:22am On Dec 25, 2020 |
Inbound Nigerians did ecpensive COVID test at their departure point which has to be negative before they can fly or board the plane. On arrival you want them to go pay 50,000 to go do another test with 7days. After the 2weeks holiday 3days before departure they will have to do another COVID test to fly out. What sort of madness is that, its not done like this in other countries. Once you fly with a negative COVID test, you only have to isolate for 7days because you were negative at the point of depature. This is extortion because the Nigerian government are forcing incoming Nigerians to use designated Laboratories, and we know what that means in this country. 1 Like 1 Share |

Islam for Muslims / Re: It Is Not Permissible To Prostrate To Anyone Other Than Allah by yinchar(m): 10:09am On Oct 16, 2020 |
The context in that narrative was referring to those prostrating as a form of worshipping someone. Greeting your parents as a sign of respect cannot be equated to worshipping. There is a need to interpret things contextually, not not copy in verbatim. Or how can you justify the Hadith that said children Aljanah is in the feet of their parent. 1 Like 1 Share |
