Racially speaking most North Africans aren't pure Arabs. Being Arab has more to do with culture than with race.

North Africans are closer to Berbers than the are to pure Arabs like those in Saudi Arabia or in Qatar. Berbers are those very light-skinned people from Niger you see begging for arms in Lagos.

Even in Gulf Arab countries, many so called pure ones might have traces of South Asian, Caucasian and even black blood. The Arabs had slaves from these races and it was routine for these slaves to be sexually abused and produce mixed children. The previous Omani sultan had very strong black features.

The same appeal court asks ASUU to resume first before their appeal against the ruling of Industrial Court can be heard as they cannot appeal with Dirty hands.
SO NNAMDI KANU MUST BE FREED FIRST. Then the government can then appeal the appeal 's court judgement. As the government cannot also appeal with Dirty hands

It's Malami versus Nnamdi Kalu. Not federal government versus Nnamdi Kalu. Malami hurriedly got a court judgment pronouncing an unarmed secessionist group as terrorists. It's not the practice in other countries. He exacerbated the situation from there and has resulted to loss of thousands of innocent lives in the east since then.
How Malami got his SAN title needs to be looked into when he leaves office.
