If they don't have issues would they have even thought about surgery in the first place or are you having the same thought? I guess no, so it's a problem that is particular or unique to them.
The only reasonable people I can mention for intervention are the doctors who can employ hormonal suppression or hormonal boost as the case may be and other less interventions other than surgery (and some may still call for surgery) and not an ignoramus like you who rather comment before research rather than research or at least having the knowledge before comment.
