Placed an order since February. Confirmed the order by his guy Ola. Almost a month to the date When my goods were to arrive, same Ola told me my order was not placed because he claimed I did not fill in some details online. After begging and apologies from them I agreed to wait for the orders to be placed again. Contacted them recently only to be told again that the orders were still not yet placed. I have been calling and they have refused to pick my calls.

Hello house. I need help. I uploaded all the required documents for business name registration and they replied with a query saying "reduce format of page layout and re-upload". Please what does this mean and how do I go about it?
