Mcslize:If you are for the game then fix the 1st date in your house. She won't reject that... Use brain, something tells me that's the option she wanted. |
Pls let's still continue to hold government accountable...they are not talking about healthcare funding of such treatment. Don't let's loud the commissiner yet because that's a blanket statement which is not likely going to work if funding of emergency care for trauma and gunshot is not declared free and reimburse to the private hospitals. While government hospital should be stucked with disposables and equipments first before this law. And honestly it's not all centres that have the resources always available. Let's take govt hospitals for instance, the first lady once said you can't find syringe in Aso rock clinic. Pls if such emergencies are now brought to this Aso rock clinic what do you expect the personel to do when materials are not handy. The situation in most govt hospital is that you bring your patient, then a list of disposables and drugs would now be written out for you to go and buy as there is basically little or non available for free urgent use. Which makes things difficult, basic things are usually bought out of pocket. In the case of private hospital, it's a business that pays its workers, rent and tax. The burden of hospital disposables is usually based on principle of "revolving fund", this means that you buy few you need, and replace them with the money made from money made from previous use. So if 2-3 trauma patient come in daily. The hospital would surely run at a loss. As part of being human it is our collective responsibility to care for our selves. We should ask our government about the blueprints of making their policies a success. This one, funding would be a stumbling block and they are silent on that part. Some primary and secondary healthcare centres in Northeast under PBF( performance based fund) by the world bank do well because all funds for their services to patient are paid to the hospital account to run the hspitals. |
FAAN are no sincere. Last weekend i landed in the local wing of MM1 around 11pm. No taxify guy agreed to pick me up. After a horrifying experience from the local cab men( they first agree they knew the hotel charged excessively high only to reach half way and he packed to start negotiating again) no sense of map usage. For curiosity i asked a bolt driver and he explained how they have been victimized jointly by local cab men and airport authority because the local cabs seems to be paying them heavily. By and large, this country would throw safety, international best practices and convenience of citizens away because of bribe. |
dominique:Your opening sentence is the most important...it must be answered by the OP before any other advice. My advice to we young people in the house is to never be cajoled into building on free family land because the relationship is good now. Take the pain of procuring your own land far away from family joint land and build there. Please do not say you were not told. |
