I they charge 10- 20 percentage of the goods value and there some goods that are duty free and if the package is was handle by ems they can charge u like that and there will be a papers to prove that as well , but if it's other way round , they I will advice u to just talk to them and tell them how much u can afford to give them to avoid thier wahala, but nipost don't charge much like that ...
