....well u should be able to track it and once its delivered they will let him or her know cos they will drop a letter in his or her mail box

.... it will depending on the tracking number , if the tracking number start with CH ...there will be much delay , and I can't say exact duration , if only u know anyone at nacho office then u can go there with ur ID card for identification prove , but they will surly charge ur for customs duties and charges ...that's the best advice I can give u and if u want to wait , u can wait but it will surly comes out but it will take time

....bro there is no way out on that , cos it will surely pass through customs , and they will verified ur package , due to the mail class the package is coming with , and the time frame for that verification can't be specified , and it's during this process the always chop people package , cos of the mail class it comes with , just enter fasting ND prayer , or if u know anyone at the nacho office that can help u out , and u can whatsapp me.
