Good afternoon fellow comrades. Certificate of compliance was just issued by federal character on Tuesday and all is set. What is causing delay is for budget department to approve upfront payments and all. Expect APL in early february

Good evening fellow comrades. Apl is dropping this month if any last minute changes doesn't occur(won't say the date), they were printed in December, no court ruling is holding nnpc back, they will be published in a newspaper as well to justify quota system, everything has been signed and sealed, EH is also good to go. Its about 1/5 of GT. Good night
