A Production Company located in Owerri, Imo State is seeking to recruit a Company Accountant to lead and manage its financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of records
• Handle bank reconciliations, tax filings, and statutory compliance
• Advise management on financial planning and business decisions
• Ensure proper internal controls and financial discipline

Requirements:
• HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional qualification (ICAN/ANAN) is a strong advantage
• Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and leadership skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

It is very important to know that not all females working in the hospital are nurses, likewise, not all males working in hospital are doctors. The recent incident that happened in Federal Medical Centre in Abuja shows a doctor who refuses to attend to an accident victim and from the video captured, it took more than 4 minutes before help came to the victim. I am not saying it is the duty of that dr to bring out the patient. Infact, it is not the duty of a doctor nor a nurse to bring out the patient.

There are people designated for that but this is Nigeria where right things goes wrong and wrong things goes right.

It is just sad that Nigerians in our myopic way of thinking are quick to point an accusing finger to Nurses if anything goes awry in the hospital forgetting that not all female you see in the hospital are Nurses. There was a post here, that tagged a Nurse as the culprit who refuses to assist the accident victim.

But the said person is not a nurse but a doctor. Her name and title is boldly written on her left chest. We need to know that everyone should be accountable for his or her actions. Everything, especially unfortunate circumstances doesn't boil down to Nurses who are been rate low in the health sector.

Please guys, I bought this fuel yesterday into my car and also bought into keg to be used for generator.

Upon my trying to dispense into the gen, please view what I saw, doesn't smell like fuel and very reddish like all those fruity juice.

I had to pour some into this small plastic to be able to ascertain what I bought into my car and already pour into my generator.

The NNPC retail outlet is at.....along Airport Road, before SARS Junction after Obirikwerre roundabout. Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Is this what you get NNPC when you blend fuel?

I just want to be assured that my car engine is safe as well as my health and ofcourse my generator engine.
