GrandMufti:
If you paid through alipocket, let him refund the money there.

If you paid through bank directly, look for someone with PayPal to help you with the refund

I paid with bank directly via transfer.

Can you help cc anyone with PayPal who can help? Thanks.

GrandMufti:
You can check the post office where you normally receive untracked items.

If it's not there open dispute, or if you are still patient, ask the seller to extend the buyer's protection period

Been to the post office already, it's not there yet.

But it's showing order completed on the app I don't know why.

Will chat with seller.
Thanks
