Walk into your Bank and request for a loan, you can ask your friends and family or talk to some money lenders. It's hard giving out money to strangers on a faceless forum.

My family have helped me in their possible best by handing over land to me so I can sell it. Just that its not by the roadside n serious buyers are rare during this election period here in Bayelsa.

anybody who wants to use debt to clear another debt should not be helped. they would definitely default in repayment just like the former. i feel sorru for you but not to the extent of helping you because, the amount you are asking for is too much gor a stranger to offer you with the assurance that they would be paid back. i would advice you to seek this help from family members and close acquintances. they would be in thebest position to help you in whichever way required.

You don't understand bro. Paying the debt isn't wouldn't be an issue if my studio equipments weren't stolen. I have seeked help from every possible source before I brought it here. I just want to be able to buy back equipments and start working on my feet again. I have like 150k I saved from the few weeks I was able to use them. Remaining 500k to add up and buy back my equipments so I can start working again. I have land I can use as collateral. I don't have much time to wait till I find a buyer for my land. Help a brother if you can.

I have a problem that I urgently need to solve. My life is turning into a big down fall lately. I will try to be as precise and concise I can possibly be.

I'm a music producer, record label executive and talent/career coach. I started in 2015 with just my laptop in my old friends studio. But this year I decided to open my own music studio. I sold a plot of land my dad handed over to me to raise some money to buy my own studio equipments, and I also took a loan to add up.

I was able to buy the equipments and setup the studio and patronage was quite high, I didn't expect. Even radio stations were bringing audio editing jobs for me. I was saving up so I can pay the loan.

But suddenly, things gone sour. 3 months ago my studio got buglered. Thieves broke in and stole my equipments, (the desktop PC and the Macbook I use, my soundcard, power generator, microphones, Rokit 5" studio monitors, pianos, etc. Even removed... Etc).
I have been very depressed and saddened. I feel like taking my life but I don't want to be a coward by running from my debt.

Pls my fellow naira land bros n sis, I need help.
If I can get a loan of 500k to clear my debt and buy back my studio equipments to start a fresh, I'll really appreciate it. I will pay back in 6 months or less.

I have a plot of land in Yenagoa I want to sell to raise the funds I need but haven't found a serious buyer yet. I can use it as collateral if necessary. I got my WAEC n NECO result originals. I will pay back. Plz someone help me.

MY PLAN:
Get 500k loan
Clear some debt, buy back the music studio equipments and start working again so I can save up and pay this 500k loan with interest, OR get a buyer for my land

Without my equipments and my laptop, I'm nothing. No source of income. And I also have to return some payments to people who paid me to do jobs for them but weren't able to come pick it up before the burglary happened. I need help to get life together so I can start working again.

Honest truth is, there's no certain business you can throw in 100k and get a good return steadily or fast. Few businesses rise, so many fall. Make sure before u put cash in any business, do a good research on the business. Don't use the whole 117k for any business. Save half of the cash first. The use half to invest in whatever business you choose.

My honest advice to you as a student is, if u are not in dere need of money, jst invest in yourself first. Learn a skill that you can use to generate income, then u use that income to start a business. It may take sometime but believe me, if you're consistent, you'll pull through and become successful.

The following skills can't be learnt online for free via Google and YouTube.

- Real estate
- Copywriting
- Programming
- Internet Money making

The list is actually endless, open your mind. Aim to be the possible best of you in any skill you decide to learn. You won't regret it in the long run I promise you.

I was like wow!

I asked madam, how much us the salary, she said 10k. I said madam, I mean the pay at the end of the month, she said is 10k not enough for you? That's what they pay us o.
