I went with a charity group to a disabled community. There we met several crippled and one person stood out, she was blind, crippled and obsessed. The was crawling with on the bare floor and she was seeing her peroid so you can imagine the sight

Anyways, after food stuff, clothing and other things were given to them, she was given a wheelchair....a few days later, she should the wheel chair for peanuts and continued crawlies with her bare hands.....we were told that she has received several wheelchairs for good spirited nigerians but she always go back and gets the wheelchair sold.....that if she keeps the wheel chair, she would not get help again

I witnessed this same thing with a begger who used to beg in front of my church. The whole church donated one sunday and bought a wheelchair for this man, and gave him the remaining money from the donations. Can you imagine it wasn't up to 1 week, this man sold the wheelchair and moved away from the front of our church to another church and continued his begging there

The President said he has offered some solutions to the Governor several times but he didn't implement them. Unfortunately, it takes a very sad series of incident for him to implement it. As Governor of a state, you have the power to ban open grazing and implement such a ban through state laws and also enforce it through states law enforcement outfits.
