Hmmm I can imagine your case but was he like this before now? if no, then something has gone wrong..find out..but still be of good and noble character, don't hate him! The house of God is not just the church u go to worship but other lives we can reach out to... And let me say it no pastor cares about you been blessed by paying your tithe though they say it, but there major concern is to see there is money to run the church or fill there pocket for those in that ministry. Tithing alone is no guarantee for ur success or salvation. And it must not be the church you worship that you pay tithe to... If I see a small growing church that needs things I will give in the tithe there...bcoz some store houses u call churches are filled up and over flowing while others are empty... If you are a believer be led by the Holy Spirit in all you do.. Not these men of God here and there.
