A 6-year-old South Korean YouTube star named Boram, with over 30 million subscribers, just got her self a 5-Storey Property worth 9.5 billion Korean won ($8 Million).

The $8 Million landed property is located at Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, South Korea.

The 6 Years old Boram runs 2 Popular YouTube Channels which are “Boram Tube ToysReview” and Boram Tube Vlog. She posts Toy Reviews on Boram Tube ToysReview and has 13.6 million subscribers as at today, while her second Channel Boram Tube Vlog currently has 17.6 million subscribers.

Boram’s Monthly sales are around 3.7 billion won (£2.5 million).

The $8 Million property purchase was revealed by a Public Real Estate Registration Document, and according to the document the property was purchased on April 3.

One of Boram’s Youtube video showing her cooking and eating noodles with her friends has over 376 million views.

Some of Boram’s video has sometimes stirred up controversies and outrage, as people do ask the value her videos pass off. One of her videos which showed her stealing money from her dad’s wallet and driving cars on the road got a complaint from a non-governmental organization ‘Save the Children’ in 2017.

Senator Ben Murray Bruce has announced on his twitter page that his Company Silverbird Group is going green and will be patronizing electric cars.

The former Senator representing Bayelsa East constituency posted on his Twitter Page that Silverbird Company will be buying only Electric cars henceforth and that he has given a company-wide directive to that effect.

His Twitter Post goes as thus; “I have just given a company-wide directive that all new vehicles purchased on behalf of Silverbird Group will be electric vehicles. We are going to be the first company to go all green. Also, we will not issue any car-loan to any staff except they want to buy an electric car.”

Wonder no more as the Japanese Company; Sony just made it a reality with their New “Wearable Body Air Conditioner”. The new Sony Wearable Air Conditioner is of the same size as a SmartPhone, but smaller.

One of the best features of the Wearable Air Conditioner is that it has a Cooling and Warming feature, as it cools you down when you’re feeling hot and warms you up when you feel cold. Isn’t that superb?

The wearable air conditioner tagged “Reon Pocket” comes with a special undershirt with a pocket at the base of the neck where you can slip in the Reon Pocket Air conditioner, connect the device to its app in your smartphone and then use the Bluetooth to power it on.

After getting it up and running with your smartphone’s Bluetooth, you can then select between cooling and heating feature; whichever suits the weather.

According to Sony, the Reon Pocket is capable of cooling a user’s body temperature by 13 degrees Celsius (23 degrees Fahrenheit) on hot days, and on hot days, it can raise a user’s temperature by about 8 degrees Celsius (about 14 degrees Fahrenheit).

Reon Pocket’s charge time is 2 hours, it uses USB-C charger and its battery lasts up to 24 hours. The wearable air conditioner iOS and Android operating system.

The Reon Pocket’s not noticeable when worn as its soo small and weighs a mere 85 grams (3 ounces).

The wearable body air conditioner comes in 2 types which are ‘Reon Pocket Standard and Reon Pocket Lite.

Reon Pocket Lite is cheaper than Reon Pocket Standard and it comes with manual mode operation. While the standard also lets you manually control the temperature via your smartphone. The Reon Pocket standard also lets you tweak the air volume and it also has a customizable “my mode.”

Unfortunately, the Reon Pocket is only available in Japan for now and the Prices range from 12,760 yen (~$117) to 19,030 yen (~$175), depending on the version and how many undershirts you want to buy with it.

According to Sony, the full production should be expected around March 2020.

True Love! They were just born to be married!

A couple who were born in the same hospital, same day, just hours apart just got married after 23 Years.

The Groom James Barsby was born a twin, likewise the bride too.

James Barsby’s twin is a male while the bride, Amy has a male twin too. But his wife Amy and her twin brother William was born five hours after James and his twin brother Christian was born.

The couple’s parents met even at an anti-natal class in the year 1995 before they were born in Queen’s Park Hospital, Blackburn, England.

Despite the fact that they lived close to each other while growing up, just a few miles away, they only got chemistry for each other at school. They began dating back in their secondary school days.

The couple began dating in 2011, and their moving away to different universities never affected their relationship as their love even grew stronger.

The couple got married at St Peter’s Church in Salisbury, just days before James’s graduation from Manchester Medical School and Amy’s graduation from Lancaster University. Amy’s parents and grandparents got married in the same St Peter’s Church in Salisbury.

The bride, Amy was quoted saying;

“It makes it more like it was just meant to be. I wouldn’t have it any other way, even if it means I can’t have my own birthday.



“Growing up, we’ve always shared our birthday with our twin brothers, now we share it with each other.”

James proposed to Amy two years ago while they were on holiday after making a secret arrangement with a hotel to book a special spot for him and his then-girlfriend.

Amy was quoted saying;

“It was really cute – he did well. He got down on one knee and asked me. There was no way I was going to say no.

“I kind of guessed something was happening when he was leading me to a romantic, secluded spot, but I was very happy.

“The wedding day was just amazing, I thought I’d be nervous but I was not at all.

“”My mum helped a lot with the wedding and is really happy for us – she remembers talking to his family at the antenatal class.”

Amy added: “I was in Lancaster and James was in Manchester. It’s only an hour on the train, it was nothing really. Not a weekend went by that we didn’t spend together.

“We both applied for medicine degrees, we both got into uni and we both passed. Now we are both starting as junior doctors at the same NHS Trust.”

James was quoted saying: “Everyone says to us ‘what are the chances of that?’.

“On the first day of school, our parents said to us both ‘the other sets of twins will be starting today’. Whenever I saw Amy around the school, I thought ‘there’s that other twin’.”

A 56-year-old philippine carpenter’s in a critical condition after he was hit by a disease that made his face swell 3 times its original size.

Romulo Pilapil’s condition started just after he was diagnosed with ‘sinusitis’ three years ago. When he was diagnosed with ‘sinusitis’, he was given drugs but the drugs never made his condition better.

Medics in his locality adviced his family to take him to Manila for proper treatment, but due to the fact that his family’s poor and never had sufficient funds to support his treatment, he was never taken to the recommended hospital, so his condition worsened.

Due to the condition, he has lost his sight and also stopped working as a carpenter as his lips, cheeks and eyes protruding from his skulls.

His nephew named John Santos was quoted as saying;

‘His eyes looked irritated that day, and his nose was red.

‘He had colds so everybody thought it was sinusitis, then his face started to swell.

‘The doctors asked him to transfer to a bigger hospital in Manila where they could treat him, but the family could not afford to do this. Since then he hasn’t had any treatment.’

A single dad named ‘Phillip Herron’ took his life after he discovered he has just £4.61 (#2,300) left in his account.

The 34 years old single dad was employed as a factory staff, but later he decided it was better he quit the job to take care of his 3 kids. When Phillip Herron quit his factory job, he began taking loans from numerous loan companies, even took payday loans.

Phillip took loans to pay rents, feed his kids, cloth and give them a comfortable life.

He only realized the mess he’s into when he discovered he has taken loans summing up to £20,000 (Approximately #10 Million Naira) and he was to pay 1,000 per cent interest. Coupled with the fact that he had a very big debt to pay, he was served an eviction notice, too.

When he thought about what life has thrown at him so far, he decided that the best decision was to take his own life so that he can leave those debts unpaid.

Moments before taking his own life on March 18, he shared a picture showing himself crying in his car.

When the news of his death got to him 54 years old mum Sheena Derbyshire, she was shocked and revealed that she was never aware of her son’s financial predicaments neither was she aware of those loans he took before his demise.

Her statement goes thus;

“In his suicide note, he said his family would be better off if he wasn’t there anymore.

“He was a single dad. He was responsible. He always had money before and the kids had the best of everything.”


The Department for Work and Pensions spokesman also released a statement which goes as thus;

“Our thoughts are with Mr Herron’s family.

“Suicide is a very complex issue, so it would be wrong to link it solely to someone’s benefit claim. We are committed to safeguarding vulnerable claimants and keep guidance under constant review to provide the highest standard of protection.”

Wonders shall never end!

An Indian woman has given birth to a baby girl with 3 heads in the city of Uttar Pradesh, India. As at this time, the cause of the abnormality hasn’t been ascertained as doctors confirmed that the medical condition is unknown.

Family members of the couple were shocked when they discovered their newborn girl has 3 heads.

The baby has 2 large protrusions formed from the back of her skull and medical professionals in India were stunned when they found out.

The mother of the child suffered extreme pain while she was in labour; being delivered of the baby, but she never experienced any pain nor encounter any complication while she was pregnant with the baby.

The primary health care centre in which she was delivered of the baby didn’t have proper medical facilities, so she was referred to the District Hospital in Etah for continued health attention.

One of the witnesses to the childbirth, Bijji Thakur said: “The girl child had three heads. She looked like an alien.”

The doctors managing the situation has revealed that they’ll be conduction Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

scan to ascertain the baby’s medical condition.


Rajesh Thakur, who’s the Chief Medical Superintendent, District Hospital, Etah was quoted as saying; “This is a very rare medical condition,”

“The child’s body has not fully developed. We will perform an MRI scan and then perform surgery to separate the ‘heads’.”

Similar cases have been reported worldwide of babies being born with extra heads, and such medical conditions are referred to as ‘encephalocele‘.

In Great Ormond Street Hospital’s website, encephalocele was referred to as a rare congenital (present at birth) type of neural tube defect where part of the skull has not formed properly so a portion of brain tissue and associated structures are outside the skull’.

“The protruding sac may be covered with skin or it may be covered with a thin membrane,” the website explains.

Na to dey pay dog security fee remain

A Dog owner just began giving his dog £5 weekly as Pocket-money allowance as part of his show of love and fondness to the dog.

The 42 years old owner of the dog, Grant Ellis made the decision which is to be offering him £5 weekly as Pocket-money after the dog snatched his wallet which contained money.

When the dog snatched his wallet, he tried to forcefully get it back from him, but the dog refused to give it back, not until he offered £5 which the Dog accepted and gave back the Wallet. So, that made him vow to always give the dog £5 weekly as pocket money so he won't snatch his wallet; ever again.

The dog's name is Bracken and he's 3 years old.

Since Grant began offering a weekly allowance, his dog has been saving and taking care of himself, which includes his swimming lessons and buying new toys.

Grant gave the dog the wallet which he originally snatched from him so he can be saving his weekly-allowance in it.

Whenever Bracken saved up to £75, Grant and his wife Cheryl do take him shopping and anything he picks with his mouth was to be purchased with his money, that got the dog a lot of toys and dog treats.

Grant said;

"All spaniels just have to have something in their mouth whether it's a sock or a pair of pants and Bracken is just the same.

"One day I was lying on the sofa and he came over, stuck his nose into my pocket and came out with my wallet in his mouth.

"Usually if he's pinched something then we bribe him to give it back with a cocktail sausage but we had run out of them that day.

"So just for a joke I pulled out a five-pound note and said, 'right I'll give you this fiver if you drop the wallet', and he did.

"My wife started laughing and then said, 'go on, you've got to give it to him now'. Ever since then it's become a bit of a tradition to give him five pounds every Friday."

Grant and his wife decided to raise a dog instead of a child which made them acquire Bracken when he was still a puppy

Grant continued;  "We're always buying him things anyway, he's such a spoilt dog, so I thought why not just give him pocket money so he can buy things himself," added Grant.

"When I got a wallet I gave him my old one so he has one of his own now.

"Every now and then we'll take him to the shops to get toys, he especially likes puzzle-type games where you have to solve something in order to get a treat.

"And he absolutely loves water so we take him swimming as well, which is great fun.

"Our niece absolutely adores Bracken so when we go on holiday we buy her a stick of rock out his pocket money for him to give to her."

Grant also revealed that he initially planned on giving the dog  £20 weekly, but his wife disapproved of it.
