I thought as much.....once interview is involved , it can easily go south as those ECO can just use any unobjective/bias premise to refuse

A person can even give a correct response and still be denied under technicalities of the response being generic

I wish u luck in successfully overturning the refusal.....

on the ground that most of the questions asked , answers are vogue and to short..

mine is on the basis that he is not satisfied that I am coming to the UK to take up the role am offered

Yes.... I was refused for not sending additional document ( the degree I used for obtaining the ECCTIS) of which they did not send any mail requesting for additional document to me

If u don't want UKVi to say u stole somebody's COS u better tell your employer to edit the COS on the portal...we've seen crazy stories here .
...don't submit it with that error ooooo.....those people always think we are fraudsters first before they consider the option of it might be a mistake.....

you can send them’ normally an email and explain them why you want to retrieve and normally they will return you your passport !

I mean he did not pay £ into the guy's account neither did he pay to the school but suddently you want the money returned to you in ££.

no no no he was paid current rate in naira to buy the pounds then so he should refund their money in any currency they demand at current rate.... it's their money for God sake....

Thank you to everybody, I landed safely to the UK on Wednesday evening through the kenya airways. Pretty straightforward, though they handled my bag roughly sha, lol. But in return, I kept ordering wines sha during the flight.

I booked National expresss before leaving Nigeria so I merely moved from thr immigration terminal to the luggage pickup area to the National expresss bus-stop that was going my way.

Fully settled in now in the UK. Na job remain now.


To everybody working towards getting the UK visa, getting in and settling in, I pray that May the lord make it easy for you.

If you enter and you are able to get them job where dey earn less than 38,700 before spring. I think dey will be safe for as long as their visa has not expired or as long as their cos with whatever company is still valid.

but the second the time for a renewal comes or dey change jobs after that comes into effect. Only God knows what will happen

we would cross the bridge then...I have a 5years work permit with sponsorship , just want to be sure before I moved out with family..thanks
