Miss Colombia has reacted over her Miss Universe "dethroning", claiming she was deliberately "humiliated" to boost ratings.She also felt the crown shouldn't have been removed from her head at the moment ..
Ariadna Gutiérrez had to hand over her crown to Miss Philippines after Steve Harvey mistakenly called out her name in front of a live TV audience.
Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez told Colombia's W Radio on Wednesday...
"I was disconnected. I haven't received phone calls from almost anyone. Very few people have communicated with me," "That's because I had to grieve for what happened."It has been very hard for me, truly, it has been a great shock,Because it is a dream I fought for. ... I have always dreamed of this, of being Miss Universe. ... It was very humiliating for me."

When Harvey took the stage to reveal he'd made a mistake, Gutierrez said she laughed.

"I thought it was a joke,In the rehearsals, he did things like that.

Having to stand before the cameras while the hard-fought crown was removed wasn't fair, she said.

"There are a thousand ways to do things, "They could have done it, I don't know, the next day in a press conference or a press release. ... They did not do things the right way."

But now that she has had some time to mourn, Gutierrez told W Radio she has a positive outlook. Job offers are pouring in, she said, and a number of opportunities to work in the United States have come up.

"I managed to make history," "which I think is more important than winning the Miss Universe title."

Nollywood actor cum producer, Odunlade Adekola is 37 today. The talented actor was born on December 31, 1978 in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State. He attended St John’s Primary School and St. Peter’s College in Abeokuta, where he obtained the West African School Certificate Examination before he later proceeded to Moshood Abiola Polytechnic where he received a diploma certificate.
Odunlade Adekola started acting at a very early age. According to him, whenever any anniversary was to hold in his church (the Christ Apostolic Church, Lafenwa, Abeokuta), he and a friend, named Tunde, would request to play jesters. This request was always granted and he would then write a ‘script’ for a comedy play involving just two characters (him and his friend). That was how it all began for this professional actor, director and producer. In 1996, he joined the Association of Nigeria Theatre Arts Arts Practitioners, ANTP and was under the tutelage of the late Nollywood actor and producer, Isola Durojaiye also known as Alasari.
He has starred, scripted, produced and directed several Nigerian films over the years. In April 2014, he won the Africa Movie Academy Awards, having emerged as best actor of the year, alongside Fathia Balogun who emerged as best actress of the year. In December 2015, He mark his entrance into the Nigerian music industry with a release of an album that is a compilation of his songs in movies.
