I NEED LG V20 AND NOKIA 6 SCREEN

Both of them are perfect examples of a good leader. How?
As a leader, you are supposed to lead your followers by being at the forefront to teach them how to and how not to do things or fail by experience. Train them to be responsible and once you have done all expected from you as a leader then the next step is to stay behind and begin to guide them as they have been following your footsteps for a while. They are now mature enough to take responsibility so, if there's any mistake from them you can easily correct them.
A mentor is one who starts at being in position 1 and then moves to position 2 after the mentee would have undergone trainings and found capable enough to take charge. Therefore, he leads from the front initially and guides from the back at the end.
