You can use only css to do that. My suggestion is that, create a parent div to act as a container and then inside this parent div, create others divs to act as children for the parent div. Now set display: flex; on the parent container. This will position the child containers/divs side by side. Now set a border-right for each child. For the icons, you can use fontawesome icons while the input field for the date and time na just simple HTML form and inputs stuff, you should be able to do that. One more thing is that you should set the calendar icons as background and position it to the far left so that it will be visible and it will sit beside the date input. I don't know if you understand me but na simple stuff.

if you don't want to use div, you can use ul. Then let all the li be display as inline-block and inside each li, put your input tag there and from there you go.

You have no reason to regret studying a course like economics, rather you should see it as an advantage to leverage on.

Regarding your background, I think data science should be your best bet. Dedicate like 6-12 months to it and you'll never regret combining data science with economics.

Your expertise in your primary field of study is an invaluable asset to you that'll make you stand out if eventually you venture into programming...

I'm a student of optometry with a great passion for DS and AI. I used to regret studying my course instead of computer science untill one of my lecturers explained what I just wrote above to me....

You will rarely see anyone who will attend to all your questions (this is the case in reality and in most education environment).

PTDF needs more of Petroleum economists, this is because, in the last decade, we have woken up to the reality of the importance of management even (often times) over technical competences. The country have lots of technical people but with low management abilities. Even at this time that technologies can be mass produced and bought when management can't. So it is a great field you found yourself.

Do not limit yourself, grab every opportunity as they come, try to do more yourself as outsiders can only give you "PowerPoint-like" advice.
