It is not good to reason like a slave

A new norm that will annihilate southerners from presidency is being enacted and you are busy putting your worst foot forward.

Tell me how Peter Obi, who is the face of New and equitable Nigeria should step down for Old and status quo of same and same!

A Fulani man taking over from another Fulani man in a multiethnic diversity like Nigeria and you feel a right-thinking person should support that?

You want Nigeria to burn when justice, equity and fairness are sacrificed?

Remember those who make peaceful change impossible, always make violent revolution inevitable!

Think!
This your violent comment is the reasons Obi will not smell the Presidency through Votes. Remember the Story of those 2 Women claiming bone child During King Suleiman? The wicked one whose the child was not hers Said they should Kill the child into 2 simply because she knew it was not hers. Now u are saying u will burn NIGERIA down if another NORTHERNER won. Don't u know these Evil in your hearts is the reasons many people are afraid to vote for an Igbo Man? We have this orientation for years that Igbos are only after to divide NIGERIA, and with this your comments, is clearly shown ( The Coming of Peter OBI is to accualized the disintegrations of NIGERIA if he wins). That's the simple meaning.

A bitter soul. Kwankwaso stepping down for Atiku wouldn't change anything. Obi will win SE/SS, and 60-70% NC votes, and give Tinubu a run for his money in Lagos. So the run off may probably be between PDP and Labor Party

Kwankwaso is surely going to stepdown for ATIKU ABUKAKAR, I only hope Peter Obi will do the same, NIGERIANS priority now should be taking over the Government from Evil APC Government, not dividing PDP Votes from Obi and Same Kwankwaso but thank God kwankwaso has realized the truth.

We are waiting for Peter Obi to return back to his PDP too.

PETER OBI IS A CRIMINAL COMING TO LP TO STEAL MONEY LIKE HE DID IN ANAMBRA SAYS OGUN STATE LP CHAIRMAN

Labour Party Crisis: Ogun People Berate Peter Obi and Warn That Ogun Is Not Imo or Anambra State

By: Raymond Ononuga

The crisis rocking the Labour Party in Ogun State, which has led to the party sacking the Director General of Peter Obi's presidential campaign, Doyin Okupe, over corruption and embezzlement allegations, is far from being over, as major stakeholders in the state read the riot act for the party, warning that they would not allow Peter Obi and associates to use their state for political transactions like they did with APGA in both Anambra and Imo States.

According to the Deputy Chairman of the Labour Party in Ogun State, Lookman Jaguan, he warned that Ogun State would not be like Imo or Anambra States, where Peter Obi rallied his people to use the APGA party to defraud many and rip them off their hard-earned money.

What is happening in Ogun State today with Okupe has been the age-old practice of Mr.
Peter Obi, who uses people to obtain money from others, is again using the corrupt Doyin Okupe to obtain from Ogun people and other Nigerians.

Peter Obi built APGA as a business venture and had his kinsman Victor Umeh as National Chairman of APGA for over 11 years, only attempting to replace him with Martin Agbaso when both had disagreements over financial percentages. Today, both Obi and Umeh have reunited in the Labour Party and are now using Ogun as their testing ground for the new fraud scheme, with Doyin Okupe as their latest recruit.

Before Peter Obi joined our party, we had just one bank account and every financial activity of the party went through that particular account, but upon the entrance of Obi, Umeh, and Okupe, they hijacked the party and duplicated bank accounts and are now always on social media with different bank accounts seeking financial assistance for their personal benefit.

Lookman lambasted Peter Obi, saying he is directly involved in such criminality and absurdity. He is the controller general, and every penny is realized from vulnerable Nigerians. He said that the issue they are having in Ogun with Doyin Okupe is proof enough that Peter Obi and his team, who joined the Labour Party a few months ago, are interested in the profits they’d make off the party in this election and are not running for any office.

Lookman and other stakeholders warned that Ogun is not Imo or Anambra States, where they had in the past wrecked finances with their Ponzi scheme.

PoliticsCheck & See Who The Northern Leaders Consultative Forum Adopted For As PRESIDENT by Zakiman(op): 11:23pm On Dec 04, 2022
COMMUNIQUE OF THE MEETING OF NORTHERN LEADERS CONSULTATIVE FORUM HELD AT YAR’ADUA CENTER, ABUJA.
DATED 2ND DECEMBER, 2022
PREAMBLE

The Northern Leaders Consultative Forum, a body comprised of Muslim and Christian leaders across the 19 Northern States and FCT was set up on the 8th October, 2022 with the mandate to consult among all strata of people in Northern Nigeria with a view to identifying the political party to support for the 2023 presidential elections. This was necessitated by the rejection of the same faith Muslim-Muslim ticket of the APC.

ACTIONS
The Forum set up a Technical Criteria Committee with the mandate to develop a framework and criteria for the assessment of the leading political parties and their presidential candidates and recommend the ticket that represents our religious, ethnic and geographical diversities, capable of bringing about peace, unity, cohesion and inclusiveness.

The Committee has completed its assignment and presented its report to the Forum. The Forum has accordingly adopted the report and hereby issues the following communique:

That the four leading political parties that were considered by the Technical Committee for the purpose of this assignment are:

i. the All Progressives Congress (APC)
ii. the New Nigeria Peoples’ Party (NNPP)
iii. the Labour Party (LP) and
iv. the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).

DECISIONS
I. The NNPP and the Labour Party
a. That the presidential tickets of the NNPP and LP are inclusive, representing our religious diversity as a country populated by a dominant population of Muslims and Christians.

b. It is however noted that the NNPP and LP have not yet unveiled their Strategic Policy Plan for Nigerians to interrogate. This is less than 3 months to the general elections. And so, it is safe to say that no one except the two parties know the direction in which they intend to take the country. Nigerians cannot go into an election blind folded, especially in view of the myriad of problems bedeviling the nation.

b. The NNPP and LP do not have all round grassroot structures required of a political party seeking the highest office in the country. They do not have reasonable presence of its members in positions of governance at national, state and local government levels. The few if any, have only recently decamped to the parties. There seems to be a dearth of experienced hands within their parties to pilot the affairs of state.

c. Based on INEC’s final list of candidates for the 2023 elections, the NNPP could not field in all the seats for the office of Governor and House of Representatives while LP could not field in all the candidates at the levels of Governor, National Assembly (Senate and House of representatives) and State Houses of Assembly.

The NNPP and LP do not have the required structures to win the presidential election and even if they win, they cannot be able to smoothly run the government as they will not have the required parliamentary majority to successfully pilot the affairs of government.

II. The All progressives Congress (APC)
The APC as we all know has fielded the same faith (Muslim-Muslim) ticket which excludes a large demography of Christians who do not feel represented by the ticket. The APC presidential ticket does not promote inclusiveness, unity, religious harmony and cohesion. A large population of Muslims have also expressed reservations to this ticket and have called for fairness and inclusivity.

Consequently, this ticket is outrightly rejected by the Forum and the Forum hereby calls on all lovers of democracy, peaceful coexistence, unity and religious harmony to reject the ticket in its entirety.

III. The Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP)
a. That the PDP presidential ticket is representative of our religious diversity as a people.

b. The presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar is the only candidate among the candidates of the four leading political parties that has the knowledge and experience of managing the country at the presidential level. This gives him the advantage to set the ball rolling from day one.

c. That the PDP presidential candidate has a track record of working harmoniously with all classes of people across religious and ethnic divides.

d. That the PDP presidential candidate is a well-known talent hunter who has demonstrated capacity to hunt highly experienced talents across different sectors and bring them into government. This country needs highly talented people at this critical time to pull the country out of the doldrums and bring it back to the path of stability, security and prosperity.

RESOLUSIONS

The Forum therefore adopts the PDP and the Atiku/Okowa Presidential ticket as the right ticket to support in the 2023 presidential elections, as it addresses all the concerns of inclusiveness, fairness and national cohesion.

The Forum recommends for support the Atiku Abubakar/Ifeanyi okowa presidential ticket to all well-meaning Nigerians across the ethnic, sectional and religious diversities, in order to foster unity, peace, development and progress.

The Northern christian: They See Obi as an Nyam!ri. A man who is planning on chasing the north out of power. Here in the north, they see !gbos as untrustworthy. Someone who is not to be trusted or rely upon.

And Atiku, he is on a very bad book with the christain Northerners. They see him as a sellout. A betrayal.

PoliticsRe: Tukur Denies PDP Chance To Field Candidate For Adamawa Central Senatorial Seat by Zakiman: 10:22pm On Nov 28, 2022
TGNEWS:
...scuttles ADHA speaker's Senatorial Ticket

The Federal High Court I in Yola, Adamawa State on Monday, nullified the primary election of the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) which produced the Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas, as candidate for Central Senatorial District.

The election was invalidated on grounds that an aspirant, Auwal D. Tukur, who participated in the exercise did not resign his appointment as the Chairman Governing Council of the State University Mubi, before contesting.

Auwal Tukur's participation in the exercise without tendering his resignation letter brought about the nullification of the election which saw the emergence of Iya Abbas, as flagbearer.

Aside the nullification of the exercise, the court barred the party from fielding a candidate for the district in the 2023, general election since the entire excercise was voided.

The court's judgement scuttled the chance of Iya Abbas, who represents Uba/Gaya constituency at the State House of Assemnly from contesting in the 2023 polls to represent the district.

The court presided by Justice A. M. Anka, nullified the election while delivering judgement in suit instituted by an aspirant, Ibrahim Mustapha (Baba10).

However, the judge declined to order for fresh primary election; instead, declared that anyone who is satisfied with the court's verdict has the right to appeal the decision.

Our medium was informed that the Speaker is considering appealing the decision in order to seek redress.

Ibrahim, sued the party, Iya Abbas, Auwal Tukur and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) where he asked the court to nullify the election which according to him was marred by irregularities.

He told the court that aside conconting or doctoring the list of delegates, Auwal Tukur as well as some delegates who participated in the exercise were goverment appointees in an outright violation of the electoral act.

Meanwhile, the court presided by Justice Anka, on Monday, struck out a case filed by an aspirant, Mohammed Murtala Modibbo.

In his suit, Modibbo, had alleged that the speaker submitted falsified/fake documents to the PDP Screnning Committee and urged the court to declare the election conducted on the 23th May, 2022 null and void.

Delivering judgement on the case, Anka, held that the suit cannot be resolved vide originating summons or base on assertion as contained therein in the affividat tendered.

Justice Anka, declared that the mode of commencement of the action via originating summons was wrong and cannot be sustained, insisting that the foundation is shady and shaky.
Awwal Tukur is the First Born of Bamanga Tukur Former PDP National Chairman. Therefore this judgement must be appeal and be Won. What about All the APC guys who participated in such without Resigning their appointments?

PoliticsPeter Obi Is Stopping South East From Producing NIGERIAN President In A Long Run by Zakiman(op): 10:24am On Nov 26, 2022
THE PETER OBI DEBACLE

It is no longer news that the erstwhile running mate to Atiku Abubakar in 2019, Peter Obi is now a confirmed Presidential candidate of the Labour Party having unceremoniously left the PDP some months ago. A lot has gone under the bridge with an unprecedented social media campaign by his supporters coining a cliche for themselves, Obidients. From a small voice, their voices could be heard reverberating all around the country especially on the social media. They gave him a larger than life image talking anybody down who dares challenge them.
They are lords of the social media and spin doctors already giving the Presidency to their master. Any kind of argument against their movement was seen by some them as sacrilege.

While some of them see it as the turn of the South East to be in Aso rock, to some, it's a Chriatian agenda. This went on for as long as he strode the land talking economics like a lecturer in an auditorium. From his body language, one could tell he knows he won't be President. He however, enjoys the attention and love he is getting wherever he goes ( who wouldn't?), until a bombshell dropped. His own homeboy and governor, Charles Soludo told the whole world in a long epistle what he thought of him and clearly told him what some of us already knew, that Mr Obi, you know you won't be President. This expectedly, caused an uproar amongst the die hard fans of his. All manner of names were hurled at Soludo. But the subject himself did not seem irked because he knows the truth has been told. They recently met at a church programme, shook hands and embraced to the amazement of the people present. Such is the the knowledge of the truth, even though it hurts, but it saves a lot of pain.

The argument that Obi is a Christian candidate is the most irritating. The PDP has handed the ticket to 2 Christian Presidency candidates before. The APC has not, and may not do so in a long time. This time around they even have 2 muslims running for Aso rock simultaneously, an act perceived by many Christians as disrespectful.

It is my opinion that from the emergence of Peter Obi, one can deduce that politics in the country has become tribalistic because the other two frontline candidates are from the other two giant tribes. Thus, those tribes are bound to support their own leaving the south south and north central to be the swing zones. This kind of political arrangement was last seen in the first republic which caused the events that led to the civil war of 1967 to 1970 culminating in the deaths of millions of people, mostly Ibos. Since then, there has been an advocacy for only 2 very strong political parties. Little wonder IBB introduced his two party system, SDP and NRC. People like IBB will know exactly the red flags of a 3 party system having fought in the war himself.

It will be a needless debate to say that Obi can be President due to clear indices and parameters for any political analyst to see. Neophytes in the political turf will argue unnecessarily though but that is not the essence of this write up. If the PDP loses this election, the South East will be on a long run, and this is possible but not probable because most Eastern votes may go to Obi thereby weakening the stronghold of the PDP. Albeit that is not completely correct now because the PDP has only 2 states (Enugu and Abia), while the APC has 2 (Ebonyi and Imo) and APGA 1 (Anambra). If the APC wins, they will surely return the ticket to the north, keeping out the SE for another long spell. But if the PDP wins, they won't have any choice than to take the ticket to the SE having taken it to the SW, NW, SS and NE as it were. Obi should know this if he is not blinded by his fans. The truth and hard fact is, Obi is an albatross to the SE in the present circumstances and anybody can see that without prejudice. Therefore, the SE must agree with Soludo and do the right and proper thing for their future.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ATIKU AND OTHER 2023 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES.

✓Tinubu is expecting votes from Yoruba land's Muslims and South West people to win the 2023 election.

✓Peter Obi relied on Igbo land's and Christians' votes to win 2023 election.

✓Kwankwaso's calculation is that the Hausas' and North West's votes will make him win the 2023 presidential election.

✓Alh. Atiku Abubakar is the only one among them that has both Muslims and Christians supporters from all parts of the country.

Atiku doesn't rely on a particular Zone to make him a winner of the election, because he is not a Zonal Candidate.

Vote for Atiku, because we are optimistic he is going to be fair to everyone in Nigeria In Shaa Allah.
PoliticsRe: Nyeson Wike Fighting Atiku Abukakar Because He Lost The Primary Elections by Zakiman(op): 10:50pm On Nov 21, 2022
OfoIgbo:
Of course, I know Wike is doing what he is doing for selfish reasons, but you cannot ignore the logic of his public reasons.

Ayu, Atiku, Wike and everyone in PDP should have supported the idea of a SEner emerging as the presidential candidate of PDP. Every single one of them played their own little parts by omission and commission, to ensure an Igboman did not emerge.

That is why the general SNer has no sympathy for either camp, but are more likely to align with the Intergrity governors as they are more likely to provide help to the Obi presidential effort. It is now self-interest that matters.

The time that SE and SSners will vote for northerners and every other zone is now gone, especially with the way and manner, SE was denied the tickets of the two major parties. It will now be incredibly difficult for any northern politician to claim they have a national spread, because they will not get that support from the SE and the SS, as was the case, just a few years ago.
Bro I understand u.
But let me tell you more about this 2023 Politics. U see this 2023 Elections is more than Political Science, because it's been added with so many factors apart from the science aspect of it. Now let me open your eyes to it, No any Political Gladiator from SS and SE that can collect the power from APC if they Field Bola Tinubu, the only person who can get that acceptability in all parts of NIGERIA in the PDP is ATIKU ABUKAKAR. Nyeson Wike is too Rousy and a Drunkard who cannot get the Support from the North in order to collect the Presidency with Tinubu likewise Peter Obi.

On the part of Peter Obi, he's from the Minority part of NIGERIA whom can't even get the Support of his State due to Apga syndrome. Therefore, all this permutations was calculated before giving Atiku Abukakar the chance to take up the mantle. If u can remember what Gov. Tambuwal said before stepping down for ATIKU ABUKAKAR then u will understand that he clearly make a good Sacrificed for PDP to return to power by Atiku Abukakar popularity.

NYESON WIKE and Peter Obi had put a personal interest above the logic and the statistics the party did that's why they are angry thinking Atiku Abukakar has played them, but even if he did played them, this is Politics where u were thinking to be smart enough to get whatsoever u need in the polity.

Both Obi had Wike will not understand what happened until PDP is back in ASO ROCK before they will surely Understand and apologize to return. So this time around nor Southerner who can singlehandedly win this Elections with the alliance of Yoruba and Hausa, it was the very huge Mistake Tinubu and APC did to pick SHETTIMA as the Vice of TINUBU who is also ba Muslim. All these are their calculations thinking it will give them the Presidency if they do that and they did.

I was thinking Obi will just Stepdown for Atiku Abukakar so that after the 8yrs, he will be giving the mantle to take charge. Now u see ATIKU ABUKAKAR doesn't have age at his side, while Obi is still Young and can easily wait till after 8yrs so that he will learn if ATIKU ABUKAKAR wins and put him in the Presidency to learn how governance works.

The justice that Wike is talking about is that a Fulani man is currently the president, and it seems unfair that another Fulani man will replace him, in a a party where the chairman is from the north, the presidential candidate is from the north, and the DG of the presidential campaign is also from the north.

In Labour party's case, it is not a very major issue because the ruling president is from the north, and should be replaced by a southern president

He should do his worst
Exactly my brother, Nyeson Wike is a Bad loser fighting Atiku Abukakar simply because he lost the Primary Elections. I only pity those Igbos Governors following Wike, because even if the power should go to the South, it should be in the Igbo States and not to South South states again after PRESIDENT Goodluck Ebele Jonathan just finished from same South South.
He is a very selfish and a Bad Loser and so arrogant that nobody should listen to him.

Two days ago during Peter Obi's visit in PH, Wike of rivers state, stated that he would give Peter Obi support during presidential election.

In labour party, their National party chairman is from South.

Presidential candidate is from South.

Their DG is from South. And majority of their national positions are being held by southerners.

So where is the justice Governor Wike is talking about. Time to reunite with your family my brother. Atiku is the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the grace of God.

THE POLITICS OF RELIGION

After the gaffe by the APC presidential candidate in Jos recently, which to me was a Freudian slip, he quickly arranged a meeting with the CAN to, as usual, defend his Muslim Muslim ticket and to assuage the Christian community that he was not here to Islamise Nigeria (sic). First of all, nobody is even remotely thinking he can, I believe Christains are only talking about balance. Secondly, he will continue to defend his choice of a running mate till the elections.
On the other hand, a lot of people have berated the PDP for giving its ticket to a northern candidate. They argue that since a Northerner was president for 8 years, therefore, a Southerner should naturally take over. When it comes to such arguments, there is a controversial North, then the rest! They will say "Northerner/South West, East, or South South. It's like the North against the rest. This, in my opinion is nothing but political exigency. A crafty way to wriggle through an argument. The APC, in this equation is the most guilty of the charge. Obasanjo, from the SW was president for 8 years, while GEJ, from the South was at Aso rock for almost 6 years. Osinbajo, from the SW is equally at the rock for 8 years, still the APC gave the ticket to a SW Muslim and a Muslim running mate. What happened to the other zones in the South if the argument would hold any water.
Most Obidients from the North would be parochial in their debates that it is a Christian agenda to have a Peter Obi become president. But the PDP has had 2 Christian Presidents in Obasanjo and Jonathan. Out of the 16 years it held sway, almost 13 years was a Christian Presidency. Therefore, that argument by Obidients can easily be watered down. If any party is to be held responsible for religious imbalance, then it's the APC! Unless one is trying to be economical with the facts, the PDP is a party for all, thus, it will not be exactly incorrect to say the PDP was right to give the ticket to Northern Muslim having had two Southern Christians before, with only a short tenure by a Northern muslim (Umaru Yar'adua).

Times have changed in Nigeria due to mutual suspicion, especially in matters of religion. Gone are the days when nobody raised eyebrows even when the two top men had same faith. It nearly happened with MKO Abiola and Babagana Kingibe, it did with Buhari and Idiagbon, but I don't see such a happenstance in contemporary history. How we got here, no one can explain! But it is what it is.

Should religion interfere with politics? Maybe not. But has such an arrangement been fair to the absentee faith in terms of appointments and patronage? Probably not and therefore the agitation. Muslims who argue that there is nothing wrong with the MM ticket will raise red dust if it were a CC ticket. We cannot pretend not to know this. It is my humble opinion that religion will always have a significant space in our politics unless something happens. Nigeria is the only country in the whole world with an almost equal population by two religions. All other countries have a dominant religion over others, that is probably why it is a matter of sensitivity in our politics.

Till then, it is what it is.

You people should better wake up and begin to mobilize to Zoom in there with whole of your vigilante, because that's what they've been doing in Kaduna by supplying logistics to the Bandits. So many victims had seen the conspiracy and we're saying it, the people were not serious until the Bandits got enough ammunition to begin killing and kidnapping people. Wallahi I'm telling u this out of 100% experience.

Wallahi Dino Dan Iska ne. He got a hiding secret point of Peter Obi to be out Publicly. Many of Peter Obi Supporters doesn't know their Candidates can easily get angry and that's very very bad of a Leader not to have control of his anger. Therefore to me, Dino Melaye deserve another Award for exposing the hiding Demons in Obi who's claiming to be a (Saint) all of a sudden After leaving the PDP.
