Kwara Police Commissioner shot dead in Enugu

ENUGU—Tragedy struck in Enugu Saturday night when the Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Chinwike Asadu, was shot dead by unknown gunmen.

His police orderly, Aloha Olaniyi and Driver, Oliver Omeh, who were with him at the time of the incident sustained serious bullet wounds and are said to be lying critically at the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu.

The incident occurred at Amorji Nike, near the densely populated Abakpa Nike area in Enugu East local government area within the state capital at about 10 pm. http://www.naijavote.com/view/6989

Yeah yeah I know some'll call him a con, fake, evil, wolf in sheep clothing and blah blah blah but like someone said "the minority activitists should not impose their silly views on the populace" - kobojunkie .

First he was tagged a wannabe for his act of speech delivery, and later he got involved in the miracle saga as if Jesus Christ himself wasnt accused as such. The most fascinating trail about this man is that the more he gets the criticism the more he grows and makes positive imparts.

Abeg make we hail the guy small, he's too much

He is an inspirational leader: Someone of whom spiritual, financial, intellectual and political giants give credits to as their source of inspiration to achieve what they have achieved in life, someone whose larger-than-life image speaks volumes for the extent to which the spirit of God in the heart of man can transform the ordinary man into an extraordinary one. Here is someone that no existing word or words in the lexicons of all known languages can comfortably describe; one, of whom it is a rare privilege to write about.

Such is the power that drives extraordinary men of influence. And that I believe, gave us one of the greatest gifts God has bestowed on our generation.

If Pastor Chris was a businessman, he would rank with the Bill Gates and Carlos Sims of the world; if he was a politician, he would become a President of Presidents, but he followed his calling, and, today, he is impacting more lives than all the business people and the world presidents put together. Such is the amazing gift God in his infinite wisdom bestowed on this generation. To say that his life is exemplary is an understatement, because he never teaches what has not worked for him, which aptly captures Albert Schweitzer’s words when he said that “Example is not the main thing in influencing others, it is the only thing.”

He deserves the respect due him!

My experience bad gan! It happened durin my nysc year! i slept while readin comments on nairaland around after 12 midnite. While sleepin, i heard a very loud slam in my room! Gboaaaa! I jumped up in fear frm my bed and BEHOLD! A mask man with a very BIG GUN wit smoke oozin frm d mouth of d gun and his mouth too cos he was smokin weed while on operation! He pounced on me! Bruised me and ask me to bring out all my valuables, he collected my brand new HP laptop, LG dvd lap top, gold chain, nokia E71, N98, and a touch lite nokia fone, #10,000, then he asked me a very silly question, ''u wan make i shoot u?'' i begged him not to shoot me! And he left my room! They succeded in rapin 2 female corpers in my lodge cos we were 4 livin in a flat. 2boys and 2girls! I was shocked to find out d gun shot i heard landed on my bed! I still shiver till date abt it! Lord hav mercy!

Yeah, 10 yrs ago along benin lagos expressway. At ore, at night around 8pm. The bus left aba late around 12 and got there very late, they had brought down a tree onto the road. Had stopped 1 other bus b4 us, as the driver slow down to look the other bus, next thing was bang! bang!. all lights broken, all windows smashed, them 1st remove driver go collect him money, then 1 by 1 we were made to come out of the bus and search, 1st guy had hidden 100k in his pants, them break him head, i had 20k in my breast pocket. They took that, chased us into the bush. Not long after that, they stopped another bus, and after that they left. 5mins later, police arrived shooting like they were in the wild wild west. 1 guy come dey shout from the bush, pls dont shoot at us ooo, we have just been robbed.
After a while we went out, guess what the cops said? We have told you guys not to travel at night na!!!
Nawa 4 naija oooo
