it brings a blank screen at first and when i tried again, they said i should log in with my session id which i though was my username

okay first, you need to enable pop-ups. because the test opens up another window. enable pop-ups, cancel the tab! CANCEL and NOT REFRESH.. go back to your email, click the link.. sign in with your username and password, click on continue assessment and i wish you the very best.

hey you should join the 2017 thread. the format is different. SHL is a different type of test, and it is online. [b][/b]CAREFULLY read the email you were sent. Any questions you have has already been answered there.

I think maybe we should visit the SHL website first to understand the format.

My little analysis

So they recruited about 50-55 trainees in 2015, they recruited in the prior years (2014,2013,2012) and could still accommodate 50-55 in 2015.

2016 There was no recruitment, I'm guessing recession was the cause. they also newly promoted associates to a more senior level. (restructuring) in Oct 2017

With these gaps i'm guessing there should be a 30% increase in expected need. so 65-70 (best case scenario) new Associates should suffice. (Worst case scenario) no change 50-55 new Associates. Chai, goes back to mountain.

Disclaimer: This is subjective, anyone that chooses to believe this info is sitting on a long thing.

@ZandraFuller I don't think anyone has. A pal told me he called them last week and the lady that picked said we'll get feedbacks soon. I guess EY's "soon" can be 5 months.
