With ma own little knowledge, starcomms modem cant be unlocked.

you want to use your nokia as a modem? if yes....get a nokia pc suite, connected ur phone, dial and it works staright

1400 is a complete plan which is better...laod 1400 and dial *441*1#, you get ur 1023mb

yea, go to ur setting...locate the configuration and use internet.ng.airtel.com...password as *99#...you are good to go
