I don't know what sadaq is but once the marriage contract has been done then a man and woman can be regarded as husband and wife

Please I need answers o. from Islamic Perspective
1.when a prostitute finds a Muslim brother who wish to marry her. Can they proceed with the nikkah or certain things need to be done before they can get married?

2.can a man and woman be regarded as a couple(husband and wife), if the brother only paid sadaq ?

Waiting for answers. Jazakumullah khayran

I had to search up the meaning of pashminitie. I agree with all your point especially regarding the pin and ensuring that it's fully covering. Lol I went through 4 too when I started covering. I actually use to tie it so tight that my face looked like square.

Your course mate is amazing!!
Lol, square face esp when you have a round face, double chin. My sister, the hustle is real

oh! ok.....thanks.
You know we ladies like to classify everything

Pash - the scarf
Pashminite - a lady using scarf but you have the talent of turning it into different styles unlike tying it like dem deeper life gals

grin haba sis, I was about to balance well on my seat

Actually I booked the space to modify later. Wana share my Hijab experience also
IslamRe: My Hijab Experience by zarinaAin:
I was a pashminite right from the start but I always knew it's not right. Then that inner voice will tell me when you get to 400level you can change then. I continue turning up to 300level.

Life as a pashminite was a deceit whenever I sit back and remember, then I say "I can't believe I did that"

First of all dressing up for school is like kitting up for war
1. Choosing the right color of pash to rhythm with your outfit
2.the style you want to turn the pash into the (you must have think about the style a day before)
3.the pash style and outfit must be compatible (if not remove and redo)
4.keeping the face shape and hair do in mind (always choked up in the neck and the ears is block, words echo in my ears)
5.trials and errors (we don't always get it right at once, you need to try for about 3 times while others are in class already)
6.pin it girl (you need about 3pin for this task and always be ready to pin your head and hair)
7 adjustment (making sure it falls in the right places, then you wish it should have been longer than that)
8.mirror girl(always looking at the car window to know it's still intact even if if the owner is there, lol)
9.panic time (when you meet people you know and you have a million questions in your head
10.be rest assured you are not going back home the way you came

During exam period, almost all the pashminite will starting using Hijab cos there's no time to be turning up and down

I normally convince my course mate (mssn exco in my department) to borrow me one. After the paper, I return

I found the way through her, all bcs she didn't gave up on me. I tot I was stubborn but she is always ready with the right word. She gave me my first personal khimar "she said at least just to stand in first of Allah during solat"

Then I found myself wearing it everywhere. I bought more when I had the means.

Salam alaykum sister zarinaain

We are both in this together. I am really impressed by how far you've come. I mean you are able to notice differences in recitations. I just thought everyone had a different way of reciting.

Everything I am learning on this thread is completely new to me. I didn't know that Tajweed was compulsory. I've always thought if a person can read Arabic, then they can read the Qur'an. Even when I was memorizing, I didn't listen to a lot of recitations (I just read) and the people I listened to don't recite tahqeeq. I am completely amazed by how much I need to learn.
Make increase us in knowledge
I can relate to what you said. There was a time I almost infuse apala in the recitation, lol

mufti menk........

anyway, this is the hadeeth he wass talking about,

Abdullaah ibn amr bin Al-as (radiallaaahu anhumaa) reported: The Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, “The one who was devoted to the the Qur’an will be told on the Day of Resurrection: `Recite and ascend (in ranks) as you used to recite when you were in the world. Your rank will be at the last Ayah you recite.”’

its in tirmidhi and in Abu dawood(i think).

and this in no way points to only memorization.
Alright

My former ustadh at madrasa Falls in tahqeeq cos he was slow and melodious. Please recommend anyone you know in this category, a nigerian. I need to swap
IslamRe: Tajweed by zarinaAin: 9:55am On Dec 30, 2016
In one of Mufti Menk Lecture he said "in the Akhirah, we would be asked to recite the way we do in the dunya & would be elevated up to the place you stopped your memorization ie juz mujadila

So I thought maybe I should the emphasis should be on on memorization with tajweed rather than going for tajweed class (is this ideology, wrong)?

The ustadh pronounce each word perfectly, the sisters almost bite their tongue. He told us to go and start afresh with the pronunciation of the letters. I wasn't happy when I left the area bcs opportunities like that are rare. My madrasa sisters have improved a lot on their recitation and knowledge.

It's really hard learning without a teacher to correct you. There was a time I spent days on the materials on tajweed(noon sakin, iqlab, izhar) I have. So I went to a ta'alim & twas like I was starting afresh

The first sura was suratul balad (when I started madrasa), now I'm done with juz amma. Memorized 5 sura in juz tabaraka, all with the help of husari(he is really getting a lot of reward, chai)

أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَرْتِيلًا

Or add to it & recite the Qur’an with measured recitation. I actually memorized this sura (muzzamil) from our as-sunnah madrasa. His recitation falls under the 1st category, loved his recitation & didn't bother to follow husari method whenever I want to recite the Surah, I used the ustadh instead
