You are over qualified Bro. I also have the same grades with you and I had to do my findings properly by reading through the eligibility criteria in the Commonwealth site. This is what I got:

Eligibility of candidates
To apply for a Commonwealth Shared Scholarship, candidates must:
• Be a citizen of or be granted refugee status from an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person
• Be permanently and continually resident in an eligible Commonwealth country
• Hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard, or lower second class level plus a Master’s degree. The CSC cannot assess work experience in lieu of this minimum academic qualification
The university must confirm that its candidates are sufficiently fluent in written and oral English to pursue their studies immediately, and ensure that they meet the English language requirement set by UK Visas and Immigration. Pre-sessional English language courses are not supported.

Result & Discussion is called Expected Result in Research Proposal writing.

You cant write a research proposal without hinting on your expected result. That will deternine if your proposal is worth funding or not.

Methodology and Mode of Data Collection are one and the same. Mode of data collection is a subheading under Methodology.

But you can do what you like anyway.

You are totally wrong please. I guess you obtained your master's degree in Nigeria University, that may be the reason for the above shallow and wrong analysis of a research proposal. Lol.... If you don't know, it's better to keep mum.

I uploaded my proposed research as master degree since I had already uploaded master degree certificate with second degree option.

Exactly what i have done to be able to access the next page which is the Research Detail page you mentioned but i will still try until tomorrow or next before i consider submitting. Just like you, i can't also go beyond the Research Details Page, it's showing error loading. I wonder the reason for this when they have asked us not to contact any of the schools.

Bros, which one is Research Details again nah I didn't see this part in my own application. The only parts i know are Personal Statement and the part were we need to attach our Research Proposal and i am also stuck at this point too because i can't attach mine.
