Don't know how your school works, buh I certified my certificate as a true copy by my school registrar. Buh they blatantly refused to certified my transcript as a true copy. So I collected another original transcript.

Do you mean the certified true copy? The legalisation is now done electronically, and I did certified true copy last year also, buh I didn't later use it because of the E legalization, so be sure your school really need it

For architecture you wont see, unless you try other courses related to architecture

I don't have an idea of tuition fee structure for undergrad, just try and check any public institutions in belgium and check the tuition for the program you're applying for.

You'll need to upload the original certificate for online application, you also need to authenticate it at MOE and MOFA
