Lexusgs430: Now much clearer........ You would be required to submit tenancy agreement + letter from housing officer + consent letter from your parents......
Did you say it's a 3 bedroom flat? Currently occupied, by parents, your brother & you?.... Yes that’s correct and thank you the for advice |

Lexusgs430: You are either confusing me deliberately or I am not understanding your answers...........
Let me break it down.........
This council property in question, your parents applied for it, but your name was included on the application form?.......
Is this council property bought or still under council tenancy?.....
If it's still under council tenancy, you would need to get a letter from your council (not all council grants this request). But make an official request and include with application + submit tenancy agreement..........
If council property is bought, your parents can give you a letter. But submit rent entitlement details........ Evening, let me make it clear I live with my parents and they rent it the property from the council. My name is also included in the tenancy agreement as well. Hope this is clearer now thank you |

Lexusgs430: From your previous response earlier, stating you also have a tenancy agreement.........
You don't need a letter from your parents, but from your landlord............. Do you mean my local council |

Lexusgs430: I would personally suggest your own accommodation, prior to submitting application. Because you would not pass the accommodation test......... Hi again my name is actually on the tenancy agreement and my parents have agreed to write me letter for agreement will that be a sufficient enough |

Are they prepared to support your application? Do you have any bills or rent payments invoices?.... Yes I occupy the last room and they are prepared to support my application. I don’t have any rent payments invoices |

Lexusgs430: How big is your parents house? How many people currently reside in your parents house?
A keynote for spousal application, is suitable accommodation........ Do you think accommodation is suitable for all presently + 1?......
If you are the ECO case worker, with a similar application and you had to decide on the faith of the applicant, would you put a red or black ink, in the box passing accommodation prerequisite?.... I It’s 3 bedroom property and my mum, dad and little brother live there |

Hi I’m need of help I’m in the process of completing my spouse visa but I’m stuck in accommodation section of the application. I’m still living with my parents, but plan on moving out once the application is approved. Do I need to write a letter to let them know this. Will still need to provide tenancy agreement and landlord letter |
